We coming here every year on March and allways having good time. Facilities excellent, just a little far from Slopes. Interior a bit outdated, but the rest just fine. Definitely will come back next year.

The hotel is in general very old but has very spacious rooms especially for a family. The winter package is good, but unfortunately they offer fast food every day for the children which makes it very hard to give them healthy food after they have seen the french fries and chicken nuggets etc. The staff in the restaurant is very... We have spent there a week with friends and kids. Hotel is actually pretty big, so if you are looking for a personalized approach, this is not the case. The equipment, furniture, carpets - looks quite old, however I must admit that well kept. Hotel was clean, not very noisy, but with a lots of children running around - no... More

We still are very fond of this lovely hotel but now sadly I think that we have outgrown it. Our daughter is now 15 and our son didn't travel this year. The rooms are still excellent along with the wellness area but we are older now and prefer a little bit more piece and quiet. Although we weren't really disturbed... More

Staff are so well mannered and really make an effort all of the time, night or day. Its right in the middle of a beautiful place, really nice long walks, sort journey on bus from town, really pleasant people, I've been 6 times and will deffinatly be going again, met really nice people whom I still keep in contact with,... Again we decided to stay at this hotel for our skiing trip. This time on a self catering basis. What we like about the rooms is that the 2 extra beds in the lounge are not Austrian doubles which means my 2 older childern aged 14 and 18 dont have to share a bed which is in the case of... More

We stayed in this hotel recently for our summer holiday and we loved it. The place is spotless - as always with Austria. The staff whilst of a different nature to us (Irish) were really friendly and made an effort with the kids (two aged 7 and 9) There is a kids club, but mine didnt want to do any... More

We recently stayed with a 8 yr old and 6 yr old. We were impressed by the amount of things on offer by this hotel. All the promised activites were available and accessable without a fight or a queue. 3 table tennis tables, air hockey, bikes, trampoline, climbing frame and more. No tacky fighting for sunbeds here! The food was... More

Most reviews cover excellent acommodation, location and food etc so we thought we'd comment on a few different things. 1. We got a great Thompson internet deal £495 each full board for a week so paid 105 euros for a lake view room upgrade by e mailing the hotel direct beforehand- the mountain view room we were allocated to originally was... Fine hotel - great for families. I recommend full board arrangement - the food is great. Slight safety concern about exposed cooker rings in hotel rooms within easy reach of young kids. If youre going with Thomsons or Crystal dont book any of their excursions. They are a rip off. Rent a car from the Esso garage at €65 a... More
