Overall this hotel was clean and well located near the Krimml Waterfall. Location: Just by the falls it is a good point to stop for a night if you intented to visit the sights Room: The room and the interior of the hotel are simple but very clean. For an advertised 4* hotel the amenities are poor (barely enough to... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Krimml is a nice village and the hotel is superbly located with views up & down the valley. The hotel is clean & comfortable but getting a bit tired. The husband & wife owners are very pleasant but we found the breakfast dining room staff very off hand (maybe even a bit rude).

Family run and quite basic. We stayed in one of the apartments across the road which was traditionally decorated, clean and airy. Chose half-board and the food was generally ok especially as you are given a choice. Unfortunately the daily menus were not in English so we had to ask a waiter to translate for us daily. The pool is... More

A kind and honest family hotel. And by 'honest' I mean adequate. It has all of the facilities that you want and they were all excellent - once. Perhaps in the early to mid 1990s ? A swimming pool that the children loved and, to paraphrase Basil Fawlty, which the adults could definitely use in an emergency. Food is all... More

We reserved here at the last minute by phone and were shown three different rooms to choose from when we arrived, all of which were pleasant. The receptionist was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room we choose was attractively and comfortably furnished and we slept well here. We also appreciated the view of the distant water falls... More

My husband, four year old grandson and myself have just returned from a short break at the Hotel Krimmlerfalle. I would like to thank everyone there for making our stay so good. From the telephone call to make the reservation to checking out, everything was great. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel, so no worries about having... More

We`ve spent a week there and i must say it has been one of the most relaxing vacation we ever had! In few word: good food, very nice atmosphere, good beer, cozy rooms and very good slopes at Zillertal Arena. Many thanks to the Schoppl`s for being such good hosts.
