I was there with my family one year ago. We were there during 2 weeks , and it was not enough . It is a really fantastic place for all members of the family . There is a really cosy family atmosphere . The hotel is by all inclusive system . We can try every day national dishes of difference countries and it were really delicious and fantastic . The service is very professional . Furtherwirt hotel has many places for rest and relax , such as : sauna, swimming pool , lobby bar, spa zones and club for children different ages. The hotel placed near to Alps Mountains , so in the winter you can use mountains for skiing , there are many lifts and heels for different levers of difficult . So, I'm really impressed by this wonderful hotel and we hope come back there in near time. I recommend visit this hotel for all the families.

We spent 8 nights in this hotel last July as a family of 5 (kids were aged 1, 4 and 5 at the time). Its a family run hotel and the "room" we had was more like an apartment with a separate room for the girls with bunk beds and an extra bed and a living room/balcony and bedroom with room for a cot for the baby. Having the balcony was a bonus as we could sit outside while the children slept inside. We were on a all inclusive basis which covered breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. This also included all drinks. The food was good but after 8 days it could get a bit repetitive. In saying that there was plenty to choose from for the kids and us alike. There was a little separate area/kitchenette which had lots of baby food to choose from, a sink, microwave to heat the food, baby chairs, kid friendly crockery and cutlery. Very well set up and perfect for us with a one year old. Kids club was great but as our kids did not speak german they were at a disadvantage as the two ladies running the club on the first day didn't speak English. Also being the only English speaking family staying at the time the kids club was full of children who spoke German so our kids kept to themselves and got involved as much as they could considering the language difficulties. In saying that the kids club was brilliant and our girls always wanted to go back everyday. They did lots of stuff indoors and outdoors. They also offered horse riding which the girls loved. As the hotel is on a working farm there was a strong farm smell outside near the stables which my younger daughter couldn't handle but which my older daughter didn't notice too much. Speaking of the language, I do speak German, albeit not so fluently anymore unfortunately but enough to get by and understand. Every night a program of events etc was placed on the dinner tables which of course was all in German. I appreciate we could just ask for assistance in translating anything we didn't know but I thought a nice touch would be an English version for the non german speaking family. The hotel is located in a very beautiful part of Austria with fabulous scenery. We used bikes provided by the hotel to tour around the area, sometimes with the children in the seats attached to the bikes or on tandem bikes. The kids loved this. We also swam in the lake outside the hotel and while it was cold it was very refreshing. THe hotel also has a lovely indoor pool and children's pool which we made full use of. On a few occasions we dropped our 1 year old into the kids club for an hour here or there and he was fully supervised, one on one mostly which was a great comfort. This was particularly handy at dinner time so we could enjoy our meal and pick him up afterwards. Wifi was only available downstairs and not in the rooms which was a bit of a pain. All in all it was a very enjoyable 8 days which we all enjoyed. Its a beautiful part of the world in the summer and I'm sure the winter would be also equally beautiful.

This is how you holiday! The hotel offers a rustic family farm feel with comfort and class. Close to many ski resorts. The hotel offers three full meals per day with snacks available between service. The best part is the self-serve Austrian beer and wine section to help wind down after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend a stay here!

This is a really family-friendly/dog friendly hotel. It's located in a ski area, so most people were out skiing. The hotel is very well set up for families with small children. They have child care, ski lessons for little ones, activites, etc. There's a wellness area (massages and the like), a small indoor pool, riding, walking trails for grown ups to enjoy. There was a buffet for each meal and snack time in the late afternoon. Beverages were always available. Food was very good and there was something for everyone. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The lounge area was always busy in the evening with groups playing cards or games or checking the internet (WIFI available, 2 Euro for 5 hours). There was entertainment for the New Year's celebration.

Loved our stay! Really cannot grumble. Bikes, kids carriers, playgrounds, kindergarten, nature, views, own farm, outdoor and indoor swimming - all at everyone's disposal. Had fantastic weather with swimming, biking, hiking, lazing around.... Food aplenty, albeit very hearty at all times (so watch that waistline). Drinks available around the clock. Baby food 24/7. Very very nice people running it - friendly and helpful at all times. Decor could be updated. It's very much upgraded 1980s Skiing resort style. No sofas in any of the lounges. Sigh. That said our beds were very comfy (although separate duvets!), the kids' cots were made from wood and much bigger that those travel cots you normally get. The options of things to do are almost limitless. We had a great time!!! Good for families with all ages of kids.

We were there one week in July and it was a very pleasant experience! The kids were very happy with all activities and animals. Food is AMAZING! The only problem that we got was with the Shower, not much water comming.... maybe its cultural in Tirol!?!?!?!!! Anyway, the place is fantastic, much nature around and many places to go with kids or alone, enjoy nature and sports!
