Secret Cove is a nice place near White Island. The place is clean and cozy. Very relaxing with the view of the beach and white island. Food is yummy! - i had the baked Chicken Cordon Blue & Camiguin sling lava (ripe mango with Vanilla Ice Cream). Will definitely go back and referr to my family & friends.

The good things: - the resort is near the airport; - the hotel staff are patient and friendly; - the atmosphere is quiet. Perfect for one who wants to get away from a hectic city life. The bad things: - it does not give senior citizen discount for rooms. I raised hell when I checked in because I was told... More

What a mistake I made staying at this below average motel. The rooms are of low quality and the bed was not comfortable at all. The food was a big disappointment, basically frozen food that was put in a microwave. The owner Tom Solski sits at the bar all day and drinks then you have to listen to him yelling at... More

Stayed for 3 nights and the experience was satisfactory. Good menu selection and enjoyed the food they served. Staff are friendly and very compliant to house rules - they even stopped us and threatened a corkage fee for the the 2 piece mango fruit we bought somewhere. Restaurant management should have been more considerate because there are no other customers... More

The Secret Cove has a great location by the beach, with simple clean rooms and good food. It's a great location to relax or base from which to tour the island. The plunge pools in the garden are incredibly refreshing too!

My boyfriend and me stay for two nights last month. The rooms were dark and musty. The hotel is located away from the road and next to the ocean which makes for a quiet and romantic setting. We have are dinner one night and the food was pretty good. This place has the potential for a really nice resort if... More

This beach resort is good enough for a budget traveler. There are just a few rooms and each has its own veranda where you can hang-out, play cards or have some drinks. They have a nice restaurant and the food servings are huge. Bringing in food purchased outside is allowed as long as you consume it inside your room and... More

We stayed at the Secret Cove Beach Resort for 2-nights in late February (P1400/$35). We arrived on the Oceanjet ferry from Jagna (P600; 3 hrs) to Benoni, then took a fixed price multivan to the hotel (P450; 20 min). The Secret Cove is a small resort (6 rooms) set back from the road among well maintained grounds on a rocky... More

Set in a tropical garden, Secret Cove is a place I would highly recommend for couples or divers. The rooms are simple but very pleasant and clean. Tom is a great host and very helpful with tips. The food in their restaurant is gourmet food. To us the best restaurant on the island. The bar has got quiet impressive selection... More
