I went here about 4 years ago, October of year 2011. I can still remember how exhausting it was for us travelling from CDO via bus and RoRo, and we also had our water rafting in the morning, so you be the judge. :) Me with my friends arrived at Bahay Bakasyunan in the evening, we got the Deluxe Room... We stayed there during our Christmas holidays and had a great time from check in as we got great sleep after having so much fun around the island of Camiguin. The ambience was good, the cottage was great and so was the food which was good, albeit costly by local standards. The only issue I had was the checking out... More

Had a good stay up until our day of check out, when a reception staff by the name of Jan told us that we had to leave early as there were "huge queues" at the port and we might miss the boat. We rushed to pack our things and leave early and got to the port only to find it... More

I owe reviews to Tripadvisor. I usually use their website to get to places and by providing this review, I hope to pay back the kindness. I stayed in this resort for 3 nights and I must say that their staff attended very well to our needs even if I didn't see the manager or asst. manager. However, if there... More

Jan, the front desk officer, does not know how to handle guests well. In-room internet access was an important consideration for us when we booked a room. However, we did not have access to our room. When we were questioning their promised in-room "high-speed internet", he was more irrate than we were. He wanted us to walk to the front... More

We stayed here for about four months and I can say that it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The rooms are comfy and the native look gives an additional relaxing ambiance. The nice view of the ocean and the cool breeze will relax your tired body. The breakfast they have are delicious and my personal favorite is the native... More

I grew up in this province and i definitely know what im talking about. Change of management was a good move for the place. since then they got exceptional service. Good rooms, good ambiance, and very nice pool(im not a swimming pool person i would say this is one of the best in town) highly recommended for those who want... More

The Lonely Planet book said it was the most upscale resort in Camiguin, and I have to agree. Beautiful spacious, landscaped grounds, nice pool, gym and other amenities. Food was a little on the expensive side however it was of very generous proportions, especially there was lots of fruit at breakfast. Rooms were spacious, however there are mosquitoes, not just... My friends and I dropped by at Bahay Bakasyunan sa Camiguin. We were planning to take pictures there and I was looking forward to buy some cold drinks. The receptionist ask where we going and we told him we would like to take pictures around. It was outrageous what he said next. "Maam, we charge 150php(per person) for entrance fee."... More

The resort has a pool gym spa and the rooms are quite big.The only thing that is not so good is the food. Breakfast is not very well made.Choices are not so interesting. There a good pizzeria nearby that's quite cheap and tasty. They serve local and foriegn dishes.
