We stayed there with another couple for 3 days/2 nights in May 2014. Rooms were discounted to 50%. The rooms were big and clean, bathroom/shower excellent, had a small safe in the room and plenty of wardrobe space. The king size bed was a little bit hard, but comfortable, air-con was good. We played in the casino and lost, that... More

We stayed at Savan Vegas hotel and casino, for 2 nights and the bad service allready started at the Thai Border. The Savan Vegas Shuttle bus driver was extremly rude and arrogant. The bus was very old and dirty, at the Laos border there's no more service at all, we had to arrange our own tranportation to the Hotel. The... More

My husband & I cycled across Laos & Vietnam in March 2014 and stayed in numerous Hotels during our trip. Some Hotels were 5 star & fabulous some very very basic guest houses but Savan Vegas was by far the worst hotel we stayed in! It took forever to check in and we had cycled 100 miles in 38 degree... Anyone expecting the same standards they may have experienced at hotels attached to casinos in the US, Europe or Australia will be disappointed. This is a third-rate operation in a third world country. Both the standard of construction and service are poor. My problems began before my wife and I even arrived at the property. We used the hotel shuttle... More

We stayed at this hotel for about 2 weeks. Breakfast was included but it was truly a hit or miss. Some mornings we were surprised and raved about the buffet, some mornings we only ate cereal. The rooms were always clean. I am just shocked and how long our maid would spend cleaning our rooms but at the same time,... More

Customer service is absolutely poor, no one is willing to help. One of the workers there, named "Say Vongwiman" that works at the front counter of the lobby, wanted to create customers for himself to tell taxi drivers that we needed a taxi but he must get a cut from what we paid the driver. Whilst having breakfast, the workers... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night only, in transit on our way back into Vietnam from Pakse. Whilst the room was accommodating, the staff were somewhat vague and didn't truly understand the nature of some of our requests. For example, we requested a plug for the bath and were hung up on by reception and housekeeping simply because... More

I took advantage of the Thailand visa promotion offered by Savan Vegas hotel and was very happy with the service. We took a taxi to the hotel office on the Mukdahan side of the bridge and we were soon aboard their mini-bus heading over to Laos. Savan Vegas staff took care of all immigration matters and we were at the... More

Highly recommend for their visa service. They picked me up in Mukadahan and took me through immigration with no problems. Checked into the hotel with ease and they took my passport while I waited and was done the next day. Service cost 2000 baht included is king size room, buffet, one hour massage, transport to and from Thailand.
