This hotel is a little gem and thoroughly deserves the 'Small Hotel Award' that they have achieved. Perfect ambience, character, and comfort. Felt very relaxed both in the reception area and bedroom. Comfy sofa's in reception area and very comfortable beds in bedrooms. Staff speak VERY good English and always very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, 5 minute taxi ride... More

Lovely hotel. Big room, very comfortable beds. Big bathroom with full bath as well as shower and nice toiletries. Only criticism was no tea and coffee in the room and was charged £7.75 for 2 cups of tea in the bar! Close to a metro station

Stayed for 3 nighs and had a lovely room. Nice & quiet with great links to the city. Bus stop outside with the metro only 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was included and was fresh & filling with good selection. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel that is not part of a plain sterile chain. Left the... More

Booked a single room for a 6-day stay. Very nice place, has a parking for cars as well as bikes, beautiful interior, friendly and helpful personal. The single room had a comfortable bed, a large window, a tv with some English channels, a large table. The chair was too tall for the table though so you cannot really fit your... More

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Avenue. Globally it was good / average but some things need to be improved. 1/ staff: the best is the one we identified as the manager (short hair, classes). He knows vis business and how you must behave with customers. The other members are good but not as service oriented as... More

We stayed at this hotel for a girls' weekend in October, and it was a pleasant experience. It is good value for money for Scandinavia and a good location which allows for a nice walk to the city center (30 min to arrive downtown, but there are shops on the way and "the lakes"). The rooms were clean, not very... More

Cosy room, good bed, loved that their playlist included Bob Dylan during breakfast. Good location, trendy Fredriksberg area to explore, nice bistros etc. And still you can easily walk to Nyhavn for example. It's a long walk, but the city is beautiful! Only thing missing was a full body mirror in a single room.

i stayed here on business as I was working at the nearby Music Academy, to which the hotel was a short walk away. The welcome was warm, efficient and my room was exactly as I had requested.... Quiet and non smoking. Tastefully furnished with underfloor heating in a very modern shower room. Extremely comfortable bed and a desk to work... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Avenue for 6 days, the first week of September. We wanted a hotel between Copenhagen's City Center and Copenhagen Business School in Frederiksberg and the location was perfect. The staff was the best I have ever experienced...going out of their way to help us navigate the Metro, making suggestions for dinner each day and... More
