Don't check in on weekends! We found that the reception was closed and no one answered the phone either, so we had to find another hotel at the last moment. When making the booking there is no notification or warning that you can't check in on weekends, and the deposit is wasted money.

When I first moved to Copenhagen, I picked Hotel Euroglobe to stay for three nights before I could move into my apartment. When I finally arrived to a small and rather invisible building with an entrance door I couldn't even fit my suitcase though, there was a man sitting in the reception. First of all, the man didn't even acknowledged... More

DO NOT go to this hostel. I booked a room at this hostel and due to a leak (force majeure) they just told us on the day that we arrived to copenhagen that we could not stay at the hostel. This was during Pride so it was impossible to find rooms anywhere else. Sure, there was nothing they could do... More

Hotel Euroglobe is actually a weak hostel. The location is good, close to the city center, but the rooms are dirty. The shared bathroom is not so dirty, but the kitchen is awful. There is only one kettle to boil some water and it is very very dirty. No way to drink a cup of hot tea. In the rooms... More

Truly awful experience. The "hotel" (that's not what I'd call it) is dilapidated. We stayed there in late August and it rained heavily one night. Because water was dripping down through the ceiling and onto us we had to move our beds and put the rubbish bin where it would collect the water. The showers on our floor were both... More

Really shabby "hotel" (rather hostel) (in good neighbourhood though). Looks like a hotel from eastern Europe 20 years ago. Room smells of smoke (owner: "Yeah, everyone can choose if they want to smoke"). Dirty toilets (didn't see the showers. Toilets and showers are on the hallway). Ugly old furniture, dirty carpet, bed was uncomfortable. Didn't have any breakfast there- so... More

I am a 20 year old college student, attending UC Irvine in California and am now on my first Euro trip. While preparing for this trip, I booked a hotel room at this establishment. I printed out everything relating to check in, including this reference number, and took a taxi from the airport to this "hotel". Upon my arrival on... More

The hotel makes every day multiple bookings for the same rooms. It happens every day that people who booked a room sleep in another hotel, or in the entrance, because the reception is closed earlier than agreed. Then the receptionist give you a bit of small talk to tell you that this will never happen again. Until the same problem... More
