We stayed at the Roebuck as a family of two adults and two children in the accommodation at the rear of the Inn. The location is perfect for Chapel en le Frith being right in the centre of the village and public transport is not far away if you need it. Parking is available in the market place and elsewhere... Stayed at the Roebuck Inn on Saturday 30th August. Celebrating a friend's 60th birthday. Friendly and efficient welcome, ground floor rooms, all commodities catered for and a lovely deep sleep in a great bed (the alcohol had nothing to do with it!). Breakfast the following day was amazing and just kept coming. Nothing was too much trouble and a great... More

My wife Julie and I stayed at the Roebuck overnight whilst on a visit to family nearby. On booking in, we were instantly made to feel welcome and settled in to our lovely little room in the stable block behind the pub. The room was comfy, cosy and warm and suited us perfectly! We returned to the pub that evening... More

Stayed at the Roebuck on a Saturday night for a friends birthday. Good room, everything you need clean, tidy, comfy bed and good bathroom. Breakfast was epic next morning, loads to eat, served with a smile by great staff, would recommend a stay at the roebuck. Great pub too, didn't eat but others did and said it was good.

This is my place of choice whenever I am in the area. The rooms are excellent, the food is excellent, the Pub itself is delightful and the customers whether I have met them before or not, are always welcoming. It is a wonderful all round location and seriously good value for money.

I was a bit worried that the room would be noisy since this is a room at an Inn, but the rooms are all set back in a separate building to the pub itself. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable and we received a friendly welcome from the landlady, Angie. We were very touched that she went out... More

Visited this pub while staying nearby and had the best breakfast ever - a well cooked hearty meal to kick start the day and very generous portions. Would love to try the roast dinner or the 'pie of the day'. Very friendly atmosphere ... would definitely look at staying here if visiting the area again.

I stayed at the Roebuck Inn on 3 July. Angie and Jess were very welcoming. The room was tastefully decorated in shades of truquoise, white, and camel. It was good to be in a nice comfortable bed. The shower and room were lovely and warm. The hospitality tray was very well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and lots of... More
