Spent some time here as went sea trout fishing by near by sea. The castle is extraordinary. Exactly what one can expect from beautiful old castle that offers the most amazing experience. Room 16 is very comfortable and large. Rooms are not equipped with TVs but WiFi is available. Restaurant offers insanely delicious food for dinner with local ingredients such... More

If you like to stay in a beautiful and old castle, in fantastic surroundings, sleeping in an extraordinary good bed, eating the best you can get - choose Broholm Mano House on the Danish isle Fyn. Old, beautiful, exciting atmosphere. Excellent food. What more can you want?

Huge rooms in a beautiful castle complete with winding staircase, moat, and a luxurious lounge filled with many antiques. The bathroom was shared, but huge and even had a chandelier. I think I was the only guest so it was exceptionally quiet. The museum is also well worth a visit. The hotel does have some rooms for business use and... More

Having stayed at Steensgaard before, we assumed this would be similar, but no such luck!! Our arrival was somewhat stressful, though we handed them our booking printout, they didn't seem to be aware or prepared for our arrival ? However that did get sorted and we got our rooms, they were still cleaning, so we had to jump over washing,... More

We stayed in the family apartment with two fairly grown teenagers and a small dog. Lots of wonderful beautiful nature outside to explore. Tea and dinner as well as breakfast were served in beautiful, genteel, historic settings by people with no pretentiousness or arrogance...it was like being a guest in a home. Cannot recommend it enough. GO HERE.

Oh yes! I can only give this lovely place my very best recommendations. Had a lovely 4 course meal here today, and it was “love at first sight”! The owner and chef are all from the former very famous Steensgaard – this place is just as good and location perhaps even better. This is a real castle almost 700 years... More

Located in the southeast of the island of Fyn in Denmark, this was our chance to sleep in a castle and eat in a museum. The place is a little hard to find, especially at night. Look for the signs to Lundeborg and Gudme and it will get you there quicker than the Google instructions. The website pictures are very... More
