Charming atmosphere and beautiful views over the surrounding valley. Host Lena, who is running an art foundation at the Villa Lena is very welcoming and friendly. The property is enormous and produces a lot of products that are used in the kitchen. They are growing grapes, olives, fruit trees, vegetables and raising pigs. There is also a beautiful garden next... More

You will be warmly welcome to Villa Lena. The appartement in Renacchi was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped (also with a real coffee machine) with coffee and tea bags provided and fans for hot nights. The evening meals were excellents in a friendly and relaxed ambience. A nice place for farniente near swimming pool, walks, sharing moments with various... More

I came expecting a magical stay in the Tuscan countryside and left after just that, with 10 new friends, and wonderful feeling of having enjoyed the perfect weekend house party. Villa Lena is more than a beautifully located retreat: her owners, Lena and Jerome have worked hard to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and strive to keep the property completely... More

One of the most enchanting settings in the world serves as a backdrop to an engaging, intellectual, and inspiring experience- garden to table food served by talented chefs, interactive talks with the artists in residency, magical nights by the campfire or dancing to a local gypsy's musical heritage- each experience one of a kind. The views are breathtaking, the simplicity... More

A really special place with an alternative vibe. Beautiful buildings that have been done out simply but really tastefully, in eclectic styles. Spend some time wandering around the estate, soak in the colours and see the artists at work. Generally a very social and open hotel, with good scene by the pool and especially in the evenings. Be prepared to... More

I have loved my stay at the Villa Lena. If you like amazing food in a beautiful setting with friendly open people, then I would highly recommend booking a trip! The staff are really helpful and I found the happy vibes of the residents infectious. This place is great to chill or to socialise in equal measure. I couldn't recommend... More

Villa Lena is a little difficult to reach at first, but once you get there, on top of the hill with the 360 degree view on tuscan landsapce, you think it was really worth it. We had a beautiful room with friends (37, with a private garden) very nicely decorated. We only stayed 3 days but had time to enjoy... More

This place is unique, and a must see. I had a wonderfull time at Villa Lena, where I could enjoy great hospitality and an amazing and magical place. I first wanted to stay a few days, but I made it 2 weeks. It was so difficult to leave this great place. The main Villa is beautifull, surrounded by a beautiful... More

Don't be fooled by the amazing magazine reviews you read about this hotel. Whilst the rooms are comfortable and staff quite helpful, the overall standard is poor. The communal areas have the atmosphere of a boarding school where "the artists" wander around and breakfast is a minimal affair. There are a lot of things on the website that don't exist... More

Dear Clem, we are very sorry that you didn't have a great experience at Villa Lena . This project is very new and we are trying to make it very different from any classical hotel experience you might have anywhere else. There is absolutely room for improvement and we will take all your comments into consideration in order to try... More
