We stayed with a group of friends for a weekend in one of the apartments of Montemari. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the nice swimming pool. Marco was really helpful and so kind to even bring us to San Gervasio for dinner because there were no taxis available. The view over the landscape from this location is great... More

My now husband and I rented the entire property towards the end of May to host our wedding, it was a fantastic price and a great location, most of our guests got taxi's from Pisa or Pontedera which weren't too far away and a few had hired cars. Before we arrived we weren't sure what to expect as we hadn't... More

I stay in August in the 4 bed apartment, the apartment is nicely furnished and the location is lovely great views, ample space around it. We stayed as 4 adults 3 children, however some elements in the kitchen were just really annoying - 3 coffee mugs and one teacup meant we couldn't even all have coffee at the same time... More

We (seven adults) from Canada, Ireland and Qatar met at Montemari in mid September 2012 for a week. We rented an upper apartment and we all loved it! It was clean, spacious, great location, magnificent setting, wonderful views, and great value. It was remote, yet so close to many wonderful hilltop towns and major cities, many of which we day... Our group of 7 people spent one week this September in Agriturismo Montemari. The apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our room had a great great view over surrounding area. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. Only one of the other apartments was taken, but the people were nice a quite and we... More

My family stayed at this agriturismo for 6 nights. The next morning when we woke up we were blown away by the beautiful surroundings - the house is located on the top of small hill with the excellent surroundings. The garden was huge with olive trees - just like I've imagined Tuscany. There was also a great pool, ping-pong table... More

What a waste, it could be so much better. For 1200 euro in high season one would expect something rather upscale, but it is not. Compared to other agriturismos I frequented in the region of about 800 euro per week, this is really not worth 400 euro extra. The place is quite unique though on the top of a mountain... More
