We stayed 6 nights in a suite, the size of the room was ok but the walls and furniture were dirty and needed replacing and decorating. This is classed as a 4 * hotel, yet it had plastic cups and glasses. I did request china and glass but I had to go and get them myself.
In our opinion the breakfast could be better, hot food was not replaced as it was finished, even smaller hotels do this, so if arrive after 1000am very little hot food left.
