I went to Kwantu a couple of summers ago as a volunteer and completely fell in love with the place. The people are great and the animals are amazing. I remember laying in bed my first night at Kwantu and hearing the unbelievable roar of the lions and tigers at the predator camp nearby. It is the absolute most perfect... More

Best month of my life! Nothing can compare to waking up to the deep rumbling sound of lions roaring, everyone there was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The food was delicious and the guides always went out of their way to tell us interesting stories that made it a truly unforgettable experience. Would love to return!

Having visited kwantu a few years ago, I took international guests there last week. Sadly it was an embarrassing reflection of 5 star in south africa. From arrival I was disappointed. My party of 11 was made to wait about half an hour in the lounge before we requested to go to our rooms. There was no welcome snacks or... More

I had visited this place a few days ago with my family, the welcoming, the atmosphere, the place, the safari, the wild cats and the food all was more than what I and my family want,, I appreciated the take care of halal food, the little nice and clean prayer area, even the toilette style was what we seek, We... Was an absolutely wonderful experience. As a Muslim guest I throughly enjoyed its alcohol free environment, divine halaal cuisine and its prayer facilities. The rooms were extremely spacious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were so many activities to choose from but I particularly enjoyed the Predator rehabilitation centre- this is a very rare place to find... More

Our family holiday at kwantu was definitely an unforgettable one! Accommodation - much larger than standard 5-star hotel room, very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Food - delicious, generous portions, well-presented and very tasty! Game drive, predator camp and touch farm - definitely the highlight! We got to see the big 5, up close and personal. Kwantu educates their game rangers... More

I stayed at Kwantu Game reserve for 2 nights in mid June. The whole experience was good, the game drives were amazing. We spotted lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos and many more on our game drives. The only problem is that by no standards it is a five star game reserve as they claim. I stayed at the Lions View... More
