Treated like the Royal family! Excellent staff!! Most amazing drives!! We tried every type of acomodation at Witwater - chalets, main lodge and the "camp" with 4 rooms and commuial lounge- impossible to make a choice. We visited Witwater three times and recommend them to several family and friends, locally and from overseas. Everybody was just thrilled with Witwater! The meals... More

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The unit sleeps eight people in four separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. It has a communal lounge and kitchen with an outside patio and braai area. Unit is clean, spacious and very well furnished. It also has a private splash pool. Unit is serviced daily and staff go the extra mile... More

This was our second visit to Witwater, and once again we were delighted. Grace and her team go the extra mile to make your visit an unforgettable experience. The service is excellent. We will definitely return for a third time. We stayed in a selfcatering chalet, but had breakfast at the lodge. Because we travelled with small children, we had... More

Our journey with Witwater Lodge started early last year when we were looking for the perfect wedding venue. After visiting various locations in South Africa, we started to get anxious and lose hope of finding the perfect venue. However, those thoughts were soon put to rest when we arrived at Witwater Safari Lodge. Smiling and joyful faces greeted us with... More

Sometimes when you want to explain what you have experienced and trying to find the right words it just seems to be impossible. Excellent, outstanding, brilliant, exceptional, tremendous, marvellous, incredible, remarkable, awesome, is just a few of the words that I can find to try and explain the feeling I had during our stay. I really want to urge you!... More

We have just returned from a two night stay at Witwater Resort and Spa. What an amazing time - from every friendly member of staff to the fantastic food and the wonderful accommodation. It was a weekend to remember and we would love to go back. There is such an atmosphere of calm and peace. Nothing was too much trouble... More

We had been advised by friends to stay here in the tented rooms to get a better feeling of being in Africa. We were lucky enough to be in the tent right next to the small waterfall which gave a great atmosphere. We were the only 2 guests in resort so the staff made made us feel like royalty, nothing... I run a small B&B and have visited some of the Best Hotels in the world work related. The service at Witwater Safari Lodge & Spa is superb and genuine. The accommodation is beyond reproach, with a remarkable attention to detail. The best bit the food, my wife has been a global director in the food industry and agrees with... More

Nature will always be beautiful since like this lodge exists. I will be specific. Stuff is great and helpful, SPA is wonderful as well. They have 3 types of rooms. Normal room at the main building, tents, and different rooms’ couple of Kilos away from the main building. To stay in the tent by the small water fall is a... More

The location of this Safari Lodge is special. We have stayed here twice before and just had to come back. We only had time to stay for one night but are very glad that we did. When we first arrived we were allocated lodge rooms when we wanted tented rooms to really have the African experience. Four of us were... More
