The hotel is very clean, peaceful, quiet and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It's a good choice while in town. I would definitely return to this place. Breakfast is delicious and you can find all.sort of bread, cheese, feuits, cakes and whatever you feel like eating in the morning.

The hotel is very well located in the city centre, the rooms are spacious and the lobby is big, but that is it. There is noting special, because every thing is big all spaces looks empty. Furnitures and decorations looks old. Price is not worth because of location as the city is not big and does not take more than... More

Good for the business traveler who only has to spend one night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The halls are dark, the doors and walls are very thin so noise from the hall and adjoining room can be disturbing especially the TV. The restaurant staff was very accommodating. The single bed was not very comfortable and very narrow. Interestingly,... More

I have stayed in various hotels in Araraquara, this one has to be the best so far. I was surprised by how professional the reception employees were, spoke excellent English (maybe I got lucky), and very efficient check-in. I paid a bit extra and had a suite, on the top floor, 11B, I highly recommend spending the extra few dollars,... More

The hotel was hosting a good portion of the conference I was attending. Stayed 6 nights here, the service was excellent, though English was not readily spoken by all staff. The place was clean throughout, though it is generally quite dated - particularly the rooms. The windows are just single-glazed and don't keep out the noise and cold. Wi-fi is... More

Excellent hotel, staff could not do enough for me. Hotel was clean, and well maintained. All meals were a simple buffet, but there was enough variety to cater for most tastes, and there was a limited a'la carte menu, but the buffet was excellent value for money. Wired brodband speeds were good, wi-fi was a bit iffy.

Good hotel, considering a Araraquara being small town. I can sometime hear people walking above my room. No wireless when I stayed in 3rd week of September 2012. They were working on it. Breakfast is good. Staff is excellent. Very few people speak English, but signs are good in English. Need a bit of rennovation, no furniture in rooms! except... More

The staff went above expectations to meet our needs and ensure an English speaking employee was always available to us. The supper and breakfasts were better than most. I could sometimes hear the person staying above my room walking around.
