We love Ostia and Hotel Ping Pong, from the first time I visited Ostia I was always intrigued by this Hotel, simply because of its name. Its ideally located for everything in Ostia, with the beach across the road. The staff are always helpful and cheerful. Breakfast certainly filled a gap and was nice.Get a room with a seaview and... This is nice hotel. Quite close to the train station (if you travel this way from Rome), and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The beach is in front of the hotel, across the street (but if want to go to public beach it's around 15 min walk). The room was not too big but it fit two people with... More

Hotel Ping Pong is a lovely hotel, close to the sea. The rooms were clean and spacious, we had a room with balcony on the side of the sea front. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and the best cappuccino! To get from the hotel to the center of Rome by public... More

It is a family run hotel that treats all their guests as a family members. The location is ideal starting from having the beach right across the street and everything you need just steps away. It is a great environment to spent a short or long stay.

Exceptional location and a large terrace with sea view makes this middle-class hotel something special. Rooms has minimalistic interiors are clean and are served well. Breakfast is rich enough (if you really looking for a breakfast). 30 minutes to the Rome centre, so you'll not feel yourself as in suburb

Arrived in Ostia Lido on a gray wet Sunday afternoon after being perplexed by the one way road system for hours. Almost booked an isolated hotel in Ostia but luckily it was not available for 3 nghts. Gotthe name of the Ping Pong from the Tourist office list down the street and decided to stay there since we were parked... More

I do not understand how this Hotel has 3 stars, maybe 1 definately not 3. Bathroom was small and dirty, room was very small. They completely messed up the bookings and 1 of the rooms I cancelled, they would not return the money we paid, even though I'd cancelled the room about a month before the date. I will never... More

We were a bit doubtful when booked this hotel, there were very different views from wow to very poor. But reality was not bad at all. Its location is very convinient either to go to the beach or to travel to Roma. 5 minutes walk to main promenade and lots of cafes. The room is rather simple, but toiletroom doesn't... More

Right on the beach, Rome not far away. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was great value for money. I was here for a big Harley Davidson event and the hotel suited me and others just fine
