A bit too much for what they have. We were surprised to find a very simple matrimonial room (Very different what they sold us and what they showed on picture) As I photographer I was a bit hesitant cuz I know how pictures can lie or tell the truth. So, if you are coming to stay at this place make... More

Carpeting is disgusting. Bedding looks like it's one wash away from falling apart. The front desk guy claimed that the wi-fi didn't work when it rained, but even when it stopped raining, it didn't really work anywhere but right at the front desk. Breakfast is rolls, jam, and disgusting scrambled eggs. It is a pretty short walk from the Plaza... More

Arrived about 6pm to Cola Inn, it was freezing. Staying in a small single room on the third floor. It was small, as was the bathroom. Water pressure on the shower wasn't great, but water was hot. Bedroom was small, but nice. And the bed itself was really comfortable. With lots of blankets and quilts! Plus there was a heater... More

Its a budget hotel, but the breakfast was not even on budget-level. Plus - Good heating in the room and enough blankets - Good location Minus - Great minus: The breakfast (continental version, but still). Room for easy improvement. - Worn and small rooms - Got af problem during the night and couldn't get hold of anybody - No in-room... More

This 3 star hotel cost us 80 soles per person per night, and I think that was way too much! (Granted, we went through a travel agency so there wasn't much we could do for the price.) Colca Inn is very clean and spacious, but also very COLD!!! We plugged in our heater immediately upon arriving, and I swear our... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night only, as part of a 9 day tour. We had a problem locking our door, and had to really slam the door shut, to enable us to lock it. We had to call the staff to help us. My sister had a hot shower in the afternoon, but when I had a... More

This is a small hotel in a small town. The room was clean and really cute. . They explained how to get hot water. I had enough water for a warm shower but did not need to use the cold water. So that tells you how hot the water was. The breakfast was simple. The wifi worked. The people staying... More

The hotel is close to the plaza and a little market. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. The room otherwise, wasn't so good. The room was very cold, with only an electric heater available and full of dust. Good if you need to sleep in your trip from Arequipa to Puno.

The hotel was booked as part of a two day tour from Puno to Arequipa. I've never booked such a grubby old hotel. The carpet on the floor looks grubby, even as it was hoovered and on the floor closed to the stairs the carpet was waved. Small heaters are available in the room but it smells like very old... More

This was booked as part of a two day tour. Clean small rooms with a heater. decent shower and close into the centre of town. Not a lot in the town Breakfast bread and jam Good enough for a one night stop if you are touring the canyon. Not that expensive There is not a lot of choice in Chivay
