The hotel is located at the foot of the Andes and makes for a great picture when the sun is out. The hotel is pretty romantic as it is buried in big green trees with a stone path that cuts that goes through the hotel. The hotel staff was very courteous, but we were a little disappointed with the restaurant... More

Our tour group stayed here for 2 nights. The individual cottages/chalets were scattered through beautiful gardens with stone walkways which were a bit uneven. The rooms were large and comfortable but chilly. We needed the heaters and heated blankets which were very welcome although it made it hard to wash out any clothes since they did not dry overnight. The... More

We stayed one night here during a 2-day trip to Colca Canyon. The hotel is very pleasant, lots of bungalows that make for a rather cute appearance. Others have mentioned their rooms were cold, however whilst it was freezing at night here outside, we found our heater to work very well. The food was decent without being that much more... More

We spent one night in Casa Andina Classic Colca. The various photos I had seen here prior to booking a room were a major influence in our stay there. The grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms have a cabin-like feel to them. They appear to be rustic and yet comfortable. We liked the hotel location in Chivay, and it... More

Stayed for two nights. The room was nice and with better heating we saw anywhere else in Peru: heater, warming lamp in the bathroom and electric blankets (and a load of extra normal blankets). There's a safe, TV, hairdrier. The service at the reception is good. The hotel is located within about 5 min walk from the main square. The (free)... More

On arrival, I was surprised with the set up of the rooms in a cot/cabin style arrangement, but our family enjoyed it nonetheless! The only issue we had was staying warm at night as our radiators did not work and the heat lamps didn't do much. Though they do provide heated blankets, some of ours did not work. The staff... More

Quaint cabin-type rooms, great restaurant (in the evening), small bar, small observatory with telescope (additional fee), and exceptional staff. The breakfast bar could use some quality control - the eggs are like soup. This property is a very short walk from the town square. I can't say enough about the staff - my wife left her glasses in our room... More

The hotel is comprised of a bunch of "cabins" with really nice landscaping. Everything is comfortable and appealing. The walls are not at all soundproof but the bed was huge in terms of width (still too short for my 6'4" height). The common areas are very nice and there is coca tea available all the time for free. My first... More

Our check in was efficient and quick. The room was clean, well-furnished and decorated. There was very good WiFi reception throughout the hotel, including our cottage. Even with the oil heater being on all night the room was barely warm as the door let a lot of draft in. The halogen heating lamp helped to warm up the bathroom moderately.... More
