Liked it. It's a well manicured corner of a less than manicured town. Good wifi, hot showers... supposedly the water in the rooms is potable, although we didn't chance it. Comfortable beds with an electric blanket. Our room had an electric radiator (we found these throughout Peru); it didn't make the room toasty, but it was much better than nothing.... More

For once I will start with the worst part of the visit which was the food....definitely not memorable. The rooms were charming and we were kept toasty warm with an electric blanked. No other heat in the room and it was a little cool for the morning shower (no hot water at night). Tlhe massage was quite good and reasonably... More

Located in Chivay, is this charming little hotel. friendly obliging staff. The rooms are stone built bungalows. Chivay goes cold at night but they have special electric blankets that turn back on if you start to get cold. The big drawback was the food. Just cremated. The fish dish overcooked until it was hard to chew and the next course... More

It is located in a village called Chivay, where basically is nothing to do despite taking a bath in Thermal Springs ;) That is why staying in a good hotel is a right choice. You can expect having a cup of a "mate de coca" when entering the lobby, fast wifi connection, COMFORTABLE BEDS (<3) plus tens of tv channels.

The rooms here are quite comfortable, and are cleaned daily. The massage for 120 soles (1hr) was also quite good. They were the hits. Dinner (the miss part of this review) was really disappointing, mainly because the options were limited, and what was served was 90% fat for a main and burnt crisp for dessert. With no feedback forms to... More

As a group we stayed there only one night. Very comfy, nice rooms, firm bed with an electrical mattress, a lot of blankets and a good heater. Hotel is built in rows of small houses linked together. Quite beautiful. Located not far from the Plaza de Armas. Very pleasant stay.

My husband and I plus a friend stayed one night recently on our tour of Peru. Chivay is a small community, high in the mountains, close to the Colca Canyon and the Cross of the Condor, two tourist destinations. Our rooms were set in some sort of chalet style accomodation. It has a rustic/romantic look. Bedrooms were comfortable and our... More

We stayed here for 1 night. The room was very comfortable. They have a small cottage type structure which is quite pretty to see. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast wasn't fantastic but the main stuff you'd expect to see was there. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had heated lights which was very useful as it gets very... More

The rooms are set out in bungalow style and look either new or have been refurbished recently. There is plenty of room inside, the beds are comfy, all the fittings/tv etc look recent and everything worked. The hotel is also set away (but only a few minutes from the town square) and is a quiet and relaxed place to be.... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights in September and thankfully I don't feel the cold but if you do there are enough bed covers to keep you warm and a heater in the bathroom for when you step out of the shower. The beds were comfortable and I loved the silence apart from those people leaving early in... More
