This lovely balcony you see is not accessible to guests. It is part of their private quarters.
These dogs are allowed free roaming of the grounds and the hotel. The pool looks nice, however the €10 per person per day to use it is not.

A nice place with friendly dogs. Large garden with swimming pool. Breakfast included toast, jam, yogert, cold cuts, coffee, tea, etc. Room was large and nice. Heat was on for selected hours morning and night. Located at the end of a small road, so get good directions from the hostess. Parking and access to the house is inside a massive... more

I booked this hotel in hopes of ending my days spent in Rome in a peaceful environment. I woke up to dogs barking around 5 am almost every day. I was given one towel for 6 days. The place is beautiful but the owners are not considerate of other cultures. Dinner was never served before 8 pm. I was forced... more

Anybody wanting a holiday in a small private B&B with a swimming pool in Italy where the owners think more about their dogs than their guests should come to this place. There is a curfew of leaving one’s room at about 11.30pm until about 7.00am the next morning because of alarm sensors. Between 7.00 in the morning and the evening... more
