We (4 friends) spent 7d/6n at the Amazonat in July, including one night at the River Lodge. At this time, the lodge was quite empty (most of the days not more than 10 people, including us) because the high season had not started yet, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The place is very nice. It is true you... more

I stood 7 days at Amazonat lodge, including the river lodge facility. Both lodges are very confortable, bathrooms are spacious , clean and in a beautifull green area. Although you can listen a car far in the road, the opposite side of the jungle lodge is a big jungle area without fence. The river lodge is a must, since it... more

We felt totally ripped off for staying here though the place itself was fair enough. I did like the huts on the property but never felt 'in the jungle'. The spider trip and snake view felt almost scened. The major problem was the transport and the agreements. We would be picked up early and head to the resort on the... more

We spend four nights there with the kids (9 and 15) and had a great time. The day of touring along the Amazon was one of our best travel days ever -- we held a sloth, caught a Caymen, saw Iguanas drop from trees, saw thousands of beautiful birds, as we traveled on a small boat with a fantastic guide.... more

My stay in Amazonat where the best 4 months ever outside Holland. The experience to live so close to real nature was enormous, waking up in the morning and hear the howlermonkeys, the insects and especially the many different kinds of birds, made my dream come true. Walking in the jungle and learning different kind of wild animals, trees and... more

As a Wildlife-management student from Holland and interested in real nature, they offered me to stay in the Amazonat Jungle Lodge to do research for about 4 months. In all the places I have visited in relation to my study, Amazonat provided me with the incredible once in a lifetime experience. I got the chance to see the very diverse... more

I come from Italy and I stayed for 4days /3nights at AMAZONAT LODGE during January , a very rainy period unfortunately , not good to see all the animals. I can recommedn you this lodge as we had a very nice and amazing experience. It's seems to me a place not so standard and turistic such a lot of other... more

We went to Amazonat the week between Christmas and New Years. I wondered how it would go as we were a mixed group of eight people, including grandparents (me), parents, a college student and teenagers (12 & 14 years old). Many of us had lived in Venezuela and were familiar with tropical flora and fauna. I wondered if this trip... more

I found the experience at Amazonat Exhilarating yet relaxing at the same time. i spent 5 days with Amazonat with my family and we all absolutely loved it. The excursions that we took were very varied, educational and exciting. One always had the choice whether to stay behind and relax at the lodge (enjoy the pool, hammocks, pool table, comfortable... more

We (3 Europeans) had a horrible 4-day stay at the Amazonat lodge. To summarize: rats (more than 1) in bathroom, bad food, and the fact that the place is surrounded by tiny farms of poor Brazilians rather than in the jungle as the name would imply. To start: we had a rat family living in our bathroom. When we arrived,... more
