There is nothing like waking up in the morning to the sounds of the Amazon! That is one thing that I will never forget from my experience at Ariau. My husband and I utilized our time to the max. Went piranha fishing, swam with pink dolphins, experienced a small local Indian tribe's ceremonies and did a survival training that really... More

My kids and I have just returned from our trip to the Amazon and our visit to the Ariau Towers. We heard about the high water situation, but everything seemed to have already resolved before we arrived. The kids were thrilled with our Tarzan House and our guide Mike could not have been more informative and fun. All the main... More

It s a very expensive hotel, in the middle of the forest. Sheets were dirty, Most of the activities are charged in addition to the regular price and there is no reward for the nature as research or environmental projects that this hotel could certainly develop considering its profits from nature use. Otherwise, the hotel guidance is very thoughtful.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Ariau Amazon Towers. Sheets are changed daily in every room at Ariau so we think you might have mistaken the color of the sheets which are beige at Ariau for something unclean. The color was chosen to compliment the rustic ambiance. I am sure if you had brought your... More

In the website it mentioned that Bill Gate & King or Queen of spain were here and that's true. The TRUTH is those visits were probably 2 decades ago. The hotel looked like storages. Before booking this place I've read a review that this place was worst, but I didn't believe, cause other reviews seemed to be good. However, I... More

Thank you for your review, although we have checked attendance records for February 2014 and cannot find anyone with your name or even from Denmark visiting the hotel at that time. The management is interested in speaking with you to find out exactly what happened with the possibility of a partial refund as well as an invitation to come again... More

This place would have to be the ultimate trip on the Amazon. Don't expect 5 star service, but that is not what its meant to be. You get welcomed on arrival and shown to your room. Do not leave the door open for too long as the cheeky monkeys will invade the room and destroy it. Everything is built over... More

We stayed here whilst on a tour of The Amazon. The hotel is very good for a semi back to basics feel. When you arrive you are allocated with a guide and your tours for your stay, we arrived in the morning and were told we would meet our guide at Lunch. Lunch here is included in the price you... More

Let's remember, we're in the Amazon Rainforest. If you want rustic and interaction with nature then this could be your place. If you want luxury, stay away. The resort was mostly flooded during my stay, which I understand they can't help, and it left much of the resort with an unpleasant smell. The rooms, like I said, rustic, even if... More

This resort is in the middle of the Amazon rain forest and teeming with wildlife. We like nature, but we also like luxury. This didn't cut it on the luxury part even though we got the most expensive room, the shower was heated by bare electric wires in the flow of the water. The stairs a bit rickety. There were... More

This was the first stop on our World Cup tour of Brazil. After being picked up from a hotel we had a 50 minute bus journey and a 30 minute boat journey we arrived at what could only be described as as a run down ruin which was flooded. Make shift walk ways had been erected so we could get... More

My husband and I are frequent travelers and we were disappointed with this hotel. First of all they completely messed up our transfer to the hotel from the city. We had to wait more than 5 hours to be picked up and taken to the hotel. The travel agent was apologetic and said that it was due to the world... More

Thank you for taking time to review your stay at Ariau Amazon Towers. I recall that day that you waited for your transfer and can't apologize more to you. This is something that rarely happens, but on that particular day, the first World Cup game was being played at the Manaus Stadium and there was a complete traffic jam in... More
