The Tariri Amazon Lodge is a wonderful place! It's a really nice family! Fabiola cooks delicious food and Germano has really interesting information about the life at the Rio Negro. We got the best juices and the day trips with the boat were amazing. I would definitely recommend a stay there :)

Had a great time at Tariri, highly recommend and looking forward to get back some day. The owners are very friendly ! No air conditioning, no TV, no internet, no hot showers, no usage of hair dryers, wich brings you the feeling of a jungle experience. The food is simple and delicious ! Specially the fresh fishes. The owners Fabiola... More

Germano and Fabiola are great hosts, and the staff very attentive and friendly. The meals were interesting, plentiful, delicious and varied and included local fish and fruits and dishes. Activities- jungle trek, caiman viewing, piranha fishing, beach, dolphins, sharing a hammock with the frisky pet monkeys and the jungle noises at night, I loved every minute. ,

we also stayed between games during the World Cup. Fantastic place. I had stayed at the Eco lodge closer to Manaus previously and thought I was experiencing the Amazon. Now after becoming a bit more oriented with the area, I realize the Eco lodge was more like pitching a tent in your backyard rather than heading out into the wilderness.... More

We stayed recently at Tariri Lodge during the World Cup and were excited! Germano and Fabiola are two great hosts! They made our stay very enjoyable and exciting! The lodge offers more than you would expect from a lodge in the jungle! The apartments are small but very clean, no animals in the apartment. Clean water / shower, etc. The... More

I looked at Trip advisor before booking and boy I was not disappointed. Everything was perfect. From my pick up from my hotel in MAnaus to dropping off it went swimmingly smooth. The lodge is approximately 2 hours from Manaus. 1hr and 20m in the car and a 40m boat ride to the lodge. Germano and Faboila are there to... More

Our stay at Tariri Lodge was the highlight of our travel in Brazil. The ultimate Amazon experience. The lodge is well laid out and immaculate. The accomodations are simple but it has everything you need. Germano, Fabiola and their family are lovely and welcoming. The animals they have on-site are wonderful. Chica, Kawa and Mino (the monkeys) were a highlight.... More

From the welcoming hosts Germano and Fabiola, to the delicious food and guided tours everything about the Tariri experience was great. My husband and I travel a lot and stay in 4+... More

Our stay at Germano and Fabiola's fabulous little lodge was the best part of our 3 weeks holiday in Brazil (and all of it was pretty amazing). We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The activities were entertaining and Germano was a great guide. The hosts are such wonderful warm people and you feel like home right from... More

Two adults and two girls aged 10 and 12 had a most amazing four nights and days in the lodge. Every excursion involved a fun boat trip through lakes, the Black Amazon and tree-filled creeks. We fed fishes to pink dolphins, caught piranhas and a baby crocodile, visited local communities and above all enjoyed the company of the wonderful host... More
