We decided to splash out a bit from out budget trip in order to stay here for one night but it was well worth it. Charming host and a beautifully decorated little place which is very different to all the other riads/hotels that we stayed in. The breakfast was the best we tried.

We arrived in sidi ifni and really wanted to see the sea overnight. Xanadu is just on the wrong side of town away from the beach. So though our room was beautiful with lovely romantic bed and decor and gorgeous bathroom (although the hot water ran out v quickly), as it was on the ground floor it just didn't have... More

After traveling for 7 hours in local buses, we arrived at Sidi Ifni after midnight, even two seasoned female travelers can get bit nervous. Patric, the owner, was amazing, offered to pick us up and to help us anyway he could. B&B was beautiful, quiet and clean. Staff was helpful and not intrusive, they serve nice basic but satisfying breakfast... More

This is admittedly a very pretty hotel in a town that doesn't have too many. It's a nice base for the city and, while situated on the "wrong" side of the main road that cuts the city in two, it is a short walk to everything. We were received well and shown the property, including the stunning view from the... More

Going through Lonely Planet's guide, Xanadu was 'their pick' when they've been there. Why antagonize them? So after arriving at the village, i went straight there and luckily they had a room. Patric received me super nicely, talked about the village and its best features. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served at their topfloor, and it was... More

I arrove in Sidi Ifni with no real place to stay. Read up on Xanadu and decided to see if there was a room. Because I was in town during the non-peak season I pretty much had the whole guesthouse to myself. Patrick was especially accommodating, and made sure to give some good suggestions for the neighbouring beaches. It's centrally... More

Myself and a friend spent a month motorcycling around Morocco. This was the nicest place we stayed whilst travelling. Very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Patrick the owner is a lovely chap and couldn't be more helpful. The food cooked by Said was excellent. You certainly won't go hungry! Highly recommended.

Right in the middle of Sidi Ifni, a great place to stay. If you want to travel around you should rent a car and go to Tiznit, Guelmim, even Tata. But also even the famous Plage de Lagzira (natural arches) is some 8 or 10km away. We stayed 2 nights and we would for sure choose this place again. Nice... More
