I stayed in two different rooms at this small hotel this Fall - the rooms and their bathrooms were disgustingly filthy, the bed sheets had clearly seen many different guests since being washed, and the overall standard was miserable, even by backpacker's standards. Best run away as quickly as you can ! En Francais: sale, draps sales, degoutant a l'extreme.... More

If you are a fan of saffron, try to visit Taliouine in late October/early November. The very nice staff here can direct you to the saffron farms, serve you saffron tea, sell you saffron products and cook you saffon-spiced food. Everything was very pleasant here (some of the best wifi I've encountered outside the big cities) and the staff wasn't... More

Very good basic accommodation about a 10 minute walk from small town of Taliouine. Bring your own towels as none supplied. We ate here in the evening and the food was very good and fairly cheap. You also eat in a Moroccan style tent which adds to the experience. A great place to stop over for one night if traveling... More

Kind owner, good breakfast and dinner but too many flies. They could try to use an UV Fly & Bug Light Trap!! Very good brochettes, rice with saffron and vegetables. The room was not so clean and to warm with a broken air conditioned.

We checked a couple of other places in town we didn't like and decided to settle for this one. Clean bed, clean floor, funky tiles in the bathroom. It does a good job at providing very good accommodation for a very decent price. The food was pretty good too. And a rare sight in Morocco, not one staff member tried... More

We came, bigger group of people, before they were close lunch menu and they did n't want to serve to us any food, or drink. The tablas were we set, were quite dirty, first we wanted clean this, but he wanted, we have to order as first some food. After, when we wanted, he say, they have only one food... More

We had a great experience here- recommended by Lonely Planet, and after a lot of driving we were glad to stop. The people were very friendly, and made us lunch despite the fact that it was a bit later in the afternoon. The views were beautiful (a bird actually tapped at our window both mornings), and we felt relaxed and... More

Our Moroccan hosts checked out about 5 places in town and declared this was the place to stay. Its on the right as you head out of the town away from Agadir. On arriving unannounced we found the beds comfortable with crisp white linen and perfectly good en-suite facilities. I slept much better there than in the Sofitel in Agadir!... More

Cheap, colourful and cheerful place. Rooms are spacious and clean, showers are good. We stopped here to buy Saffron and it was the staff who pointed us in the right direction to a local Saffron farmer ( Excellent quality and price) and a lovely experience. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here, the food is good too!

The hotel is really well situated just outside the city - a small percentage of options meeting with the typical Moroccan scammers. Larger hotel in nice (of course) saffron tones and colors. Large comfortable rooms with bathroom and toilet. Hot shower. Upstairs you will find large 'saffron' salon with a friendly atmosphere and comfortable seating. View the kasbah. There is... More
