We had a very bad expreience. The place and hotel are very nice, cant say the same about the staff. 1) they charged more money that they were suppose to 2) the bartender called police on us because we were quietly playing cards at the lobby after midnight, because he asked us to go to sleep 😅😅 the police came And found out there was nothing wrong with us And left 3) the sauna is open only in the afternoon so you cant use it in the evening And i can continue like that. Our group has spent 50 000 euros, we would expect to be treated with at least some dignity. Never again.

We have just arrived home to Italy after a lovely time spent at the Dolomiten Sporthotel in Sillian. We were greeted at our arrival with a warm and friendly welcome, accompanied by a welcome drink both for us adults and my child. The hotel is very clean and our room was furnished with a modern touch. The pool area also very clean and a perfect size for a family with small children. Considerable amounts of sun beds are available. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, varying from buffet to main courses with great choices also for the children, the ice cream was delicious! The staff (a special thankyou to Suzana and Mario) were attentive to our needs (in my case nut allergy) and made us feel at home, even when we requested to be moved to a quieter table after the arrival of a very loud group, our request was promptly fulfilled. The play area for children is well organised and managed by a very kind, patient and efficient trained staff. We noticed at various moments of our holiday (especially in the dining area and in the children’s play room) an embarrassing behaviour from part of the other guests and their children that were though very professionally dealt with by the staff. Our compliments to the hotel for their dedication and professional management, we will surely come back in a quieter period of the year.

Enjoyed the stay, the proximity to the cable car just across the street, the kind staff, the food, especially breakfasts. Very nice and relaxing environment, swimming pool and spa available, unfortunately i did not have a chance to try these. Ski slopes were not too busy and it was in peak season.

Went for a summer stay - this hotel has been advertised in Austrian Airlines Magazine with nicely renovated rooms - however there are still a whole section of the hotel that are not renovated - and you still pay the same price for the non-renovated rooms, so better get one renovated. The spa and swimming facilities are fair, but not what you could expect from 4 stars superior. The food is quite ordinary and without ambitions and most of the staff is not familiar with English language. Be aware that this hotel is located next to a busy regional road, which compromises a quiet and peaceful stay in some parts of the hotel. The area around Sillian offers however a lot of opportunities for activity and you can rent bikes for free at the hotel. But look for more quite alternatives in the area or ask at least for a renovated room away from the highway.

Stayed here a night. The rooms are luxurious, and the best part is the view of the church steeple and the snow covered Alps.. Could live here forever! The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. Great food!

The hotel offers perfect combination of luxury, fabulous food, sport activities and animation for children.I was welcomed with welcoming drink and fruits - the last are always available at the reception and spa. I stayed in Premium suite De Luxe which is spacious with two bedrooms, living room, business or playing corner, two sinks and showers... Plus there is a Finish and infrared sauna inside! Not to mention big terrace with comfortable relaxing deckchairs. 2 TV and free Wi-Fi takes care of entertainment. Well, there was also live music one night... The furniture and decor look rustic, bed and couch were comfortable and environment so quiet that I slept really good. Not to mention great views of the mountains! Food is another luxury: breakfast buffet with so many options that you cant try all in one day. And dinner with 4 menus, even vegetarian one. There are free bicycles available which is perfect for biking path along the river Drau. And they prepare sport program twice a day- from Nordic and barefoot walking, to different exercises. And as I saw from a distance, children animation is great too! The pools (in and out door) and wellness are big. I enjoyed different saunas and relaxing areas. On a sunny day it is tempting to use deckchairs outside and try the natural pool. All personnel was very kind, attentive and mostly good English speaking. I even got a small farewell present with some fruits and freshly baked bread...

We had wonderful experience of our stay in this hotel. The hotel is surrounded by the picturesque Dolomites in East Tyrol. It is a 4-star superior hotel in its true sense. The hotel spa features a 3,000 m² spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. The Hochpustertal gondola lift is just opposite side of the hotel. Our room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk, a compact bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer and a balcony with relaxing chairs and refreshing views. Hotel is children friendly. Guests with children can benefit from its Kids Club with supervisors. Further, a separate indoor pool with a giant slide and a baby pool with a small slide are available. The garden features a playground, sun terraces, and a natural swimming pond. We had half-board option which includes a large breakfast buffet with fresh juices, an afternoon snack buffet, and a 5-course dinner with either a choice of dishes or theme buffets. Special activities and suggestions for the day are printed and kept on the breakfast table. The hotel management pleasantly surprised us with complimentary ride on Hochpustertal gondola lift, in addition to fruit basket in the room and welcome drink. The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. High level of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel and hotel has ample open car parking for the hotel guests. The bicycle path and various hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside the hotel. We will surely revisit this hotel for a longer stay.
