Stayed here in April. Lovely clean and well furnished rooms. The bar overlooking the river has a terrace where you can sit and watch the sun going down. Had dinner in the restaurant, which was amazing! Staff really friendly and helpful.

Having to visit regular with work, a friendly atmosphere and great location with the boats. Rooms are very strange however with low ceiling in some and limited air conditioning, in the summer the rooms can be very warm.

Stayed two weekends in March and the quality was superb. it's very unusual to have built up such a top quality staff which give unbelievable service and attention. The food on the five days / evenings we were there was to a very high standard and the rooms were to quality hotel standard Very Very impressed.

We stayed here after yachting and mooring just outside on the river, the cost was reasonable, rooms were clean and perfect for what we needed, although we were in a converted attic and banged our heads a couple of times on the sloping ceiling ! Full English breakfast the next morning was much needed as not many places nearby to... More

Hamble has come a long way in the last 20 years, and the Yacht club has had an overhaul. it is now at the stage where it is clean and pleasant enough, and convenient for a short visit. it took us ages to get someone to let us in, trying all three doors, ringing bells etc.. at 5pm. we were... More

Clean, reasonably priced. generous breakfast that could be improved by quality ingredients. At one breakfast we were served by one of those Fawlty-esque people typical of old english establishments-you know the kind that seems to think that they're doing you a favour by accepting your money, and give you the kind of looks that suggest they're puzzled at how such...
