The furniture/fittings were adequate but a long way from luxurious - which of course it does not claim to be. We had other things to do so spent relatively little time at... More

This was my second stay at this hotel, the first time was on a B&B basis. This time we went half board as the difference in price was negligible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there are no English channels on the TV though you can change the language on programmes made in English. The fridge was locked so presumably... More

Stayed here as a family with 2 young children. On arrival at 10 pm the hotel appeared to be in darkness as there were no lights at the entrance but once inside we were checked in by friendly staff. This is a quiet location and although it is said to be a family hotel there aren't really many facilities for... More

Was very impressed when I arrived at the door-very luxurious. First impressions did last. Only let down was that the food was not labelled in English and the waiters had very little English. They didn't explain that the the drinks had to be paid before leaving the restaurant. Entertainment in the hotel was very limited. All else was first class.... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great as the beach and other attractions are accessible. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily. The receptionist were very helpful and polite. The only down falls about the hotel are 1) the food let me down although I had half board, breakfast was good however dinner wasn't so... More

Pros - Free parking outside the hotel. Modern hotel with lifts, air con (air con only works when the windows are shut). Free wi-fi, even in rooms. Rooms cleaned daily and clean towels and toiletries given daily. 10 minutes from Benidorm and under 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nice pool. Food good, nice and helpful staff at reception. Provide...
