Torre Antica made a great base for our exploration of Umbrian hill towns. It is within easy driving distance of Todi, Assisi and Orvieto. Our family of four stayed in the Tower, which has a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are three floors, which are accessed by narrow stone stairs. It has been carefully restored and tastefully decorated.... More

So far this is the B&B with the best quality-price ratio I have ever slept in central Italy. I might be biased because I am originally from central Italy (living in the US - so I was a visitor), but the little hamlet where the B&B is located, the surrounding landscape, and the medieval tower itself where the B&B is... The Torre Antica in Viepri is a home carved out of a medieval keep where one can experience country life in a picturesque Italian village in the heart iof Umbria, near the famed town of Todi. One hears the warbling o birds and the flutter of pigeons's wings against the small windows through which one expects to see knights on... More

Martani is the oldest hotel in Belitung. Kinda spooky on the first time I saw the hotel's building and enter it's lobby. But the standard room is quite big and the bathroom is also quite spacious ad the most important thing, the room is also very clean and neat. Considering the super affordable room rates and strategic location (KFC is... More

If you have never been to Umbria, you should start with this small village where you will find a delicious B&B in an ancient tower fully refurbished by Roberto, immersed in the nature and surrounded by hills. Wake up and open window, you will look at wheat fields, woods and country roads. Me and my friends spent 5 amazing days... More

The owner Roberto was really helpful could not do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable, its part of an old castle that he has refurbished, can be a bit chilly but if you are in in the evening just light the fire soon warms up. the facilities were very good, bedrooms all a good size and bathrooms well... Come visit Umbria, it is a wonderful part of Italy where good food abounds. I have never eaten better roasted pork in my life! So succulent. And it is gorgeous – dotted with many wonderful small towns. So, come to Umbria – come to Viepri a perfect spot to make day trips to special places: Spello, Todi, Montefalco, Trevi, and... More

If you plan on spending any time in the Umbria region of Italy (which I recommend as highly as I do Tuscany!) and you're looking for a B&B or rental apartment that is centrally located then Torre Antica is it! My wife & I travel somewhere new every year and this year was Italy. So we've become pretty savvy B&B... More
