The atmosphere inside, inclusive of fine dining (we thoroughly enjoyed dinner and breakfast), a relaxing lounge, and then a lively bar, made for a most enjoyable evening! Aah, really enjoyed this place. The food is phenomenal. A very exciting menu which, from what I can gather, changes daily. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. There seemed to be a number of regulars. Sadly this was just a fleeting visit and I did not get a chance to sample the outrageous collection of malts on display...I'll be back!
