The food was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of a top sheet on the bed, only a duvet, making my sleep either too hot or too cold, making for a very long night.

From the booking right through till our last day at the hotel we don't have a single complaint. What an amazing place. Friendly staff, really tasty food and a lovely room set up. We had such a great stay. Definitely not a place we will forget. Thank you Semanga and Joseph for your great service!

We booked an all inclusive weekend away here with another couple. The hotel itself is great and the rooms are great but nothing that you wouldn't expect at any other 4-star venue. Had a loveley stay. Decided to stay over in Harties at the spur of the moment - found Three Oaks via internet, phoned for a booking, we were helped immediately, everything went smoothly from there. Thank you Neil for the great service.

In general the service at the hotel was quite good, the staff are all friendly and helpful, however a lack of training let them down. Don't stay in room 7, it's right about the geyser and it's noisy and it's on all night. The rooms hadn't been used in a while and a teacup saucer in the room had a... More
