In general the service at the hotel was quite good, the staff are all friendly and helpful, however a lack of training let them down. the hotel has the best food and friendly quick to serve staff member. i personally did not enjoy sleeping in twin beds that were pushed together that was my low, also there were no phones to call the reception which meant that we had to walk to reception to request anything. overall best place to stay

My husband and I had an absolutely awesome stay from the staff to the food we could not find fault in anything, which is a huge thing for me as I am extremely fussy when it comes to good service, etc and was rather taken aback that I could not find fault in anything!! The staff are fabulous, so friendly... More

We drove out of Johannesburg and decided to spend the night out in Hartbeespoort. There were many options, but Three Oaks and an Aloe ticked most of the boxes. They showed up on the internet when searching for accommodation. They were well sign posted on the way in to town and their rate seemed fair. On short notice (2 hours... More

This place gave us a fulfilling stay. The staff members are friendly and deserve a nice pat on the shoulders. The rooms are beautiful and peaceful. Food is delicious. Me and my family enjoyed every moment. Would definitely go back there again.

We saw signs of 3OA on the roadside and decided to give them a go... One of the BEST decisions I have ever made. Sam's telephone etiquette was amazing. When we arrived, we were welcomed like long lost cousins! The chef prepared last minute meals for us at 9pm, with no complaints. Room service was great. The breakfast was awesome.... More

We came here for a business conference and booked out the entire resort. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, some with lovely views of the dam. The conference facilities were good for our purpose and the staff were very accommodating. The food was good and they tried to give us various options to make it interesting, like doing a braai...
