Staff were rude. No water in rooms. Had to travel to seek out water. No exchange of currency. Female receptionist and young male very nice - older man - think he is the owner - very grumpy, abrupt, and has no time for guests. Stay somewhere else

Very nice hotel room, the hotel claims to be 5 star however did not offer room service, I would think that a 5 stat hotel would definitely have this service. cant recommend enough - they are extremely helpful staff and the hotel offers superb value. Food is great too..
