We stayed one night at the Brighton Inn. Our room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was delicious. What more could you ask for? The owners were friendly and helpful suggesting places to eat and things to see.

We stayed here one night and had two beautiful rooms for the four of us. The owner was very nice and let our youngest daughter use his private pool! Superb breakfast with fresh ingredients. The owner made you feel really at home in his lovely house.

We stayed just one night and were sad that our plans didn't allow us to stay longer. The house is beautiful; it has original charm, including squeaky (original) hardwood floors, and all of the expected amenities and updates. Nice touches include free bottled water, fresh-baked croissants to start breakfast, and a cheerful owner (Don). Sorry we didn't get to meet... More

Looking and Booking through the website we expected a nice B&B but our expectations were surpassed by what we got. Right from the entrance it was obvious that the owners placed high standards on their home a standard that is equally applied to the service and thought for comfort to their guests. We will definitely come again and enjoy the... More

My husband and I were in the area for a family reunion and had never stayed in a B&B before. We thought that they were just awkward and we preferred to be anonymous. The hosts were warm and we never felt awkward. The room was lovely, the bathroom was lovelier, and breakfast was the loveliest. Our only minor concern was... More

We stayed here for two nights while attending the Shelter Valley Folk Festival on the Labour Day weekend. We stayed in the Victorian Room. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was modern although a little small. Some of the other rooms have larger bathrooms. The owners were friendly and helpful. The... More

We have now spent several single night stays at the Brighton Inn and been welcomed warmly each time. We have now stayed in each room and can't fault any of them- all comfy, very clean and very nicely decorated. Don and Nikki are great hosts and provide a sumptuous breakfast. We will certainly be back.

My husband and I were very impressed with the Brighton Inn. The rooms were clean with spacious bathrooms and beautiful décor. We stayed in the St. Andrews Room but they all looked great. Delicious breakfast- try the lemon crêpes! Don was extremely personable and hospitable while still respecting your space and privacy. Minute walk from downtown. I would highly recommend... More
