The atmosphere is grand but the rooms are bit too expensive for this 4 star hotel. The pool is great though and the hotel bar/lounge at the pool is fantastic. The beach is right next to the hotel. You have to reserve a sunbed/chair from the hotel reception 35 euros I think it was. Would come back again. Wifi was... More

nicely maintained older hotel right across from beach. The best feature is the pool area! Large lovely clean pool with lots of shade trees, flowers and chairs. The pool bar is convenient and reasonably priced. The rooms are a little dated but clean but there were issues with the air conditioning and we were there during a very hot spell.... More

We stayed in the hotl in the ending of July. Hotel was good, pleasant staff and nice area. The hotel is right in front of the beach which was offering a stunning view of the Riviera Mountains. Water, although was somehow dirty with feathers and some dust. Hotel's pool was ok offering a very good view as well on the... More

the hotel is located on the front of the beach. the hotel have 4 stars but the confort could be better for this class. the breakfat is standard no specific comment on that; An issue remain the parking . You have to give your keys to the reception because non place are available especially on summer saison.

Nice place, good breakfast and in a nice and friendly environment. Maybe a little overpriced, €5 for a small bottle of water... The air conditioner didn’t work very well, the temperature in the two rooms we rented where above 27 degrees Celsius with the aircon at full speed 24h. It may be difficult to find parking, and it’s a little... More

We booked 2 rooms. One had a big white stain on the carpet as if they tried to clean a big mess. The other one had such a terrible sewage smell, we had to keep the window open. One day, on our way to breaksfast there was human feces on the floor. It took sometime for them to clean it... More

From non working A/C and wifi that only partially worked and then so slow to be only a waste of time, the really sad part was the negative perspective of the staff. Some were nice but both restaurant and front desk had really dark demeanors. What's worse is that the other hotel belongs to the same owners and has a... More

What can i say but WOW!!! Everything except the pool bar being closed for a private function was brilliant. The view from my room and even shower was spectacular. It would have been good if the hotel could have emailed to inform us that the pool and bar were closed as we had booked for 28 people to stay here... More

We have stayed here several times and will keep returning because we love Arenzano. The staff are wonderful, multi-lingual and very helpful. We did notice this time that certain areas, including our room, could do with redecorating. The dining room has just had a makeover: the round tables with cloths have been replaced by square plastic-topped tables (no tablecloths even... More

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the seaside view (recommended to book!) was really beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. The hotel is easily reachable by car (own parking) and train (train station 10 min walking distance) and is just a few steps from the small town's main square as well as restaurants,... More
