Reviews were not great but we thought the hotel was good. Great views from balcony and huge salt water swimming pools. Good breakfast but fruit juice out of a machine not great. Situated up a very steep hill but there was a funicular railway from beach. Lovely beach close by.

I spent just one night with my partner in this hotel at the end of September. Maybe the common areas should be renewed, but the room was really nice, with a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and a wonderful sea view from the bedroom. The continental breakfast was various, just one cons: the coffee machine, but if you're not a... More

I stayed at this hotel in the first week of Oct 2015. I booked the hotel as all the pictures showed it be a beautiful place. Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to the pictures it displays. Firstly, it was a mission just finding the place, going up the windy mountain roads, and once it was located parking was... More

+ Location - very good (center, easy access to the expressway, near the port Arenzano), private parking at the hotel, a delicious breakfast by the sound of the sea, clean rooms, high level of hotel. - Hard to get to a private beach (complex exit elevator) price :-( one day on the private beach = 40 € off season

As other reviews say, hotel is above the town which makes for great views of the town, beach, sea or hills but obviously means you are above and away from town. Our well sized room had a great private balcony with sun loungers, a cracking double shower and huge bed - what's not to like? Breakfast was a generous self... More

Lovely hotel a bit up on the rocks and the views are amazingly beautiful. There is a cable car you can take down to the sea. Please request room with large balcony in the old part, then you get views of the entire Arenzano. Magically beautiful in the evening. Do you love sunrises or sunsets this is the perfect place... Yes the hotel is in a bit of a time warp but that is part of its charm and attraction. The pool is fantastic. Actually there are two. One on level 3 and the other on level 4. The rooms are spacious and remind you of another era. Quirky but fun. The original Italian Rivera experience.

I spend appr 60 nights a year in hotels, and this hotel is in my top 3 of worst ever! unprofessional receptionist (made us walk 3 times to the area where the room was supposed to be, but forgot to give the key!!!!), outdated building with a crappy elevator, very noisy rooms where you hear the flushing form toilets from... A small angle where relax and good time can be achieved easily. The place is a surprise; close to Genoa, you will find this small village very characteristic where you can spend time in the afternoon or evening for a walk. The hotel is placed on a top of the hill where you dominate the coast. Two pools (one even... More
