…a haven of peace and tranquillity after (or before!) the challenge of the channel crossing. This converted traditional farm is glorious, and barely 30 minutes from the Eurotunnel terminal, within easy reach of the coast and good shopping for those last minute treats. Parking is convenient and you can pull up right outside your room for easy off-loading. Our room... More

We don't often return to hotels, but this one is worth it. We ended up with the same room as last time 4 years ago (room 12, a Club room) which was a bit of a shame as it would have been nice to have another room to compare, but it did have a new bathroom. The location is very... More

We first visited over twenty five years ago and this lovely quiet hotel has got better and better. Dinner was excellent and breakfast extensive. Rooms are being refurbished gradually. Our standard room was comfortable albeit compact - would probably go for a deluxe room next time. An excellent choice for a weekend break in a peaceful location.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Ferme Du Vert as a stop-off before heading back under the channel to the UK. As with a year ago the service, room and food were all exceptional! We genuinely couldn't have asked for more. As our children (3 and 4) are picky eaters they invited us to bring some... More

We recently stayed overnight. The weather wasn't great but Ferme du Vert was wonderful! A kind welcome, a very nice and quirky room. Lovely bed. The dinner was excellent, and the breakfast was great, with local cheeses, honey and preserves and farm eggs on offer.

This place is lost in the countryside, but quite near Boulougne sur mer, and only 30 minutes from the Channel Tunnel, if you are taking your car across. The room was excellent, and the restaurant was superb, although quite pricey. It obviously attracts some business visitors, as well as tourists as there were quite a few people staying there even... We spent Saturday night here last weekend. We requested that the 2 rooms we had reserved were close to each other. In order to accommodate the request, we were very kindly given an upgrade on one of the rooms. Both rooms were lovely, comfortable and with lots of character. We enjoyed a drink in the bar before dinner in the... More

My wife and I visited the restaurant yesterday and had a most remarkable lunch. My wife had Giant prawn risotto and I had a Fillet steak, both perfection. They had a menu in English which was useful for us heathens. Following lunch Sylvie gave us a tour of the accommodation, which all seemed rather nice and which we plan to go... More

I think this place is great for a stay, it's got character, and is amidst great countryside for cycling and walking. The owners also have a dairy where they produce some of the finest cheese in the area. Although this is kept very separate, apart from a small fridge where you can (and should!) buy their cheese. I'm sure the... More

This place is great to base yourself to explore the very beautiful and diverse area of Nord pas de Calais. The difference between a double and the next one up, a difference of about £6 is well worth taking as you get a much larger room with a couple of chairs... The farm next door makes the MOST amazing cheese,... More
