So nice to have such a wonderful place to stay in Pucallpa. Wonderful service (Jesus Basto) and great location. I will recommend this place ten thousand times. Front desk service always on point. Restaurant accommodations and food wonderful. Spent 3 nights there, rooms always clean, housekeeping crew not intrusive at all. Even though I wasn't there for business I had... More

I made a quick trip to Pucallpa because of my job, looked for hotels in the area and found the Ucayali River and decided to stay there. The hotel is nice and has every comfort for the working and leisure traveller. Great service! This was what i liked best, they pick the guests from the airport in an air conditioned... More

Best accommodations in Pucallpa We were amazed and perfectly satisfied with the services. The front desk service was the best and very helpful each time in everything we needed. The restaurant had wonderful food and the service was excellent! We spent 3 nights in the hotel, rooms were nicely kept and clean with an excellent AC system. We enjoyed the view... More

I stayed one night for business purposes and because there was no space in my first choice. Yes, it is a 5 star hotel, a big building, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable BUT as a business traveler you expect to use your laptop for sending emails and stuff like that. Well, wifi did not work at all. We requested... More

This may be the fanciest building in the city, but coming from someone who lived in Pucallpa for over ten years, there are many, many better options. In terms of price, you definitely are NOT getting your bang for your buck. The food is extrememly pricey and quite average. There are other hotels in the area that provide better service,... More

We have just returned home from our third trip to Pucallpa in three years, to visit our son who lives in Pucallpa (no connection with hotel whatsoever). We have stayed at this hotel each time, two weeks this year. Lovely, centrally located, airy and spacious hotel, lots of glass and tiles, full air conditioning gives a pleasant respite from the... I had stayed at this property before and was impressed with this place. But not anymore. I stayed here for almost two weeks on a trip that was a combination of business, pleasure, and family reunion. My room was infested by small ants. At night, I felt itchy. I don't know whether the ants were biting me or the hotel... More

This is not a 5 star hotel like they claim they are. However the rooms are big, clean, the facilities are new, and the hotel is very nice for the size of the city. The restaurant is fine a little bit expensive compared with other in the city but about the same prices you would find in Lima. I had... More

This is a very new and modern hotel. The installations are very good considering the place you are at. I went twice to this hotel in march and the rooms where clean and comfortable (they where suites). Cons: No room service or any kind of food and beverages after 11 even do the night flight from Lima commonly arrives after... More

Modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. A bit spartan but that just what is needed after being out in the bush. Food is ok nothing special. This is not Lima...Overall a godsend. Everything works and service is friendly. Didnt try sauma or a dodgy looking rooftop pool
