Our stay at the Gaylord was fantastic. We saw the Christmas tree lighting which was out of this world. The accommocations were great--clean, quiet, luxurious. The atrium is gorgeous. Overall, we will be going again!!

I booked the romance package for my husband's birthday surprise very recently. We had seen the Gaylord in Nashville, TN, and I thought this Gaylord near Washington would be great. I was extremely disappointed from start to finish and really wish I had not bothered. Let me list some of the 'issues'. I had booked and paid for an atrium... More

Recently went to see the ICE display and it was great!. The best time to go was on Black friday with no lines. My daughter was able to go down the ice slide multiple times. The service was good at the Hotel. Would recommend to stay, very clean, staff very friendly. Good shopping around the hotel. Only disappointment is that... More

This was the second year staying with my 2 kids. We went specifically again to meet the characters inside the Hotel and watch the parade with music, lights, water fountain and indoor snow. However, there weren't any characters inside the hotel or a parade a night. The water fountain was broken and there was about 1/4 of the snow falling... More

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at the Gaylord National Harbor. The perfect getaway from the NJ/Philly area. Similar to Inner Harbor, yet smaller, and closer to DC. Lots of great restaurants and shopping - but the best is the hotel! During the holidays, the Gaylord is all decked out - and offers tons for the kids to do. The... More

I stayed here for four days for a convention and was somewhat disappointed. At first sight the room looked very impressive, but the novelty quickly wore off and I realized the room itself was no better than a room at a Holiday Inn. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens seemed cheap. Housekeeping did the bare minimum to keep room... More

We stayed here at the Gaylord for Shrek the Halls the day after thanksgiving. This place was extremely crowded and all of the restaurants were packed with 1 hour plus waits. In addition the national harbor was extremely packed. On Saturday we are having breakfast with the characters, ice slides and exhibits and meet and greet with the characters.

Once in a great while you get a nice price on a place you wouldn't normally visit. This was one of those for my family & I. There were several options in Nation Harbor, but with the Ice show package, there was little doubt it had to be Gaylord. As we stepped into the lobby we all felt that Holiday... More

Stayed here for a conference 10/13-10/17. The room was very standard, quite small. Housekeeping missed my room one night. I stayed an extra night before the conference so asked the hotel to put the first night on my personal cc and the remaining nights on my company cc. Instead what they did was credit my personal cc 2 nights and... More

The place was packed with people due to the Press Ganey Conference. However, the hotel staff was still there to meet my every need. I am going back to Washington this weekend, and will definitely drive the extra few miles to stay here again. One of the nicest hotels in which I have stayed.
