We are owners at Kings Creek but stayed here for a long weekend getaway. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 6th floor overlooking the pool. The room was very spacious and had cooking equipment, bath amenities, everything we needed. The people who worked there were all extremely friendly and helpful. Other than the fact that they... We originally booked the Wyndham Old Town Alexandria for 6 nights to bring six of our grandchildren to DC for Cherry Blossom Festival, Well lets just say I had everything planned and paid for up front including the Metro Short Trip Passes for 8 people. Less than two weeks before leaving for DC, I get the dreaded email, We are... More

I arrived around 1:00, and was allowed to check in early. The check-in staff members were very friendly and helpful. I had a small gathering to celebrate my birthday the first evening, and I was able to pick up a few items small market a block away from the resort. On the second day, I spent time walking around National... More

We just spent a week in a 3-bedroom unit. It was very comfortable for the six of us...four adults and two 9-year-olds. Check in was very easy since we are Wyndham owners. Parking is across the street and costs $11 per day. There is a free shuttle into DC but we used Old Town Trolley so that we could hop... More

We stayed at the Wyndham on our recent trip to National Harbor to participate in a volleyball tournament. We stayed for 3 nights , and as a family it was infinitely more comfortable than piling into one room. The front desk was very helpful. Check in is a bit complicated...you have to go to two different desks..I did take a... More

We stayed here for Easter Saturday and Sunday. The check in time was at 7:30pm despite we arrived in the very early afternoon. We had to hang around in the lobby to wait. Unfortunately, there were not enough sofas for us to sit, so it was not a pleasant experience right from the start. The clerks did not respond to... More

The good: The unit we stayed in was beautiful. A condo basically. Just enough kitchen items to cook. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Jacuzzi tub was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Concierge was very helpful on our last day and called a "real" taxi for us. Rooms were very quiet. I think I heard the room next to... More

The National Harbor area is really beautiful and a convenient distance to DC, but we would not return to the Wyndham. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite on the 2nd floor, close to the pool. There was some kind of construction going on below our room in the middle of the night (literally midnight!), and we called the... More

Great hotel but a little far our from Capitol Hill attractions.. However Alexandria and Mt Vernon are quite close. Nice for a family with plenty of places to walk to and eat nearby. Definitely a great to stay with family. I recommend it.

Five of us stayed in a clean, spacious two bedroom. The parking garage is across the street for $11 per day with in and out privileges. FYI, at checkout I read that the fee goes up to $13 starting soon. A couple of drawbacks, but I think the major one might be the free shuttle service to D.C. By the... More
