If you enjoy walking, this place is highly recommended. Walking along the harbor as sun setting was very beautiful. So much to admire. The scenery is peaceful with places to sit back and enjoy. Plus, various water and land entertainment choices and restaurants to visit.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Wine glasses in room were a big plus for BYOs like us. Large portions and well-prepared food options for breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Sauciety. Relatively light crowd during dinner which left little explanation for seating parties one on top of the other. However, acoustics in restaurant were good which mitigated noise... More

I had some special requests, called ahead and the manager (embarrassed to have forgotten the name, maybe Alicia?) assured me my stay would be wonderful. Not only were the the requests made, but I was very pleased with the cleanliness and service at the hotel. A modern, and try to its rating, 4-star hotel with a wonderful view and impeccable... More

I stayed with my family at the Westin for 2 nights in a trip to DC. The hotel is very nice. Our room had a view of the harbor. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. We didn't try the restaurant or the pool. One thing that needs to be fixed would be the door locks. After scanning your... More

We stayed at the Westin July 10-12 for a family reunion. The area was great. Outdoor concerts, paddle boating, Ferris wheel, shopping and lots of restaurants. Checking in-very fast and efficient. No problems at all. Elevators to rooms right next to check in. Checkout-again quick , efficient no problems. Rooms-modern, nice beds and lots of pillows. Chair in the room... More

Stayed at the Westin for a conference at the Gaylord. It was a great stay. Very close to the convention center (2 minute-walk). The room was spacious, with confortable beds and a great view of the river and the Ferris Wheel. The staff was pleasant and we did not have any problems. Small pool with good hot tub (spa). The... I stayed at The Gaylord for a conference last week and ventured out to the Westin to eat because the food and cost at the Gaylord was disappointing. The first day, I ordered the triple omelet that came with breakfast potatoes toast and orange juice.. I am not a potato person and only expected to eat the whole wheat toast..... More

I recently stayed at the Westin @ national harbor and enjoyed the room and the upgrade to a water facing room. Nice upgrade for a stay on points. Everything was nice even the small pool. The gym was actually decent. What I don't understand are the remarks from the hotel on the last review. If I tell you I am... More

The Westin in National Harbor sits on prime waterfront property, in walking distance to a number of dining options and if interested in a morning run, just step outside and head off. But rooms have a slightly lower than prime feeling to them, they clearlyseem to be a bit "used" so a refresh might be all it needs to be more... More

This was always my favorite hotel in Metro Washington area and if I didn't like to eat it still might be. If you don't have to eat there the hotel is fantastic, but the food is mediocre at best. This wasn't always the case but in the last year the food is pretty dismal. The front reception staff are great,... More

Thank you for taking the time to write of your experience. We are sad to hear you do not like the restaurant, as we don't hear that much. Luckily, should the food not be to your liking, there are multiple other options in the Harbor for you. More
