We stayed a Friday and Saturday for a convention across the street at the Gaylord. We had amazing and friendly staff who let us check in early (10:15am!!). I honestly have NEVER had any staff seem so genuine in wanting to help and accommodate us! our room was big (2 queen and sofa pull out). Bathroom was a bit smaller... More

Very convenient to the Gaylord Convention Center (right across the street) at an affordable price. Hotel was immaculate and staff were very helpful and friendly. Staff shared take-out menus and explained the shuttle service to/from the nearby outlet mall (which has a $10 fee). Note: only King suites and double rooms have bathtubs. All others only have walk-in showers.

From the moment I walked in, the hotel staff were very kind and attentive. They always said hello when I passed the front desk, were accommodating of special requests, and the continental breakfast staff made sure I had everything I needed with a smile.

Booked a package for hotel and parking from the Hampton Inn website and even checked in online. To my shock, the front desk insisted that the parking was charged at $13 per day and that they had NO packages that included parking. Only after I showed them from their website did they agree to "give me free parking" and blamed... More

The room was stuffy upon arrival. The adjustment of the thermostat provided us with either a cold room or a hot one, there didn't seem to be a happy medium. Bathroom was dirty, towels were wet and shower door obviously not on the track. Would not stay here again.

I have stayed here three times, most recently in February. I come down for a conference at the Gaylord every year, but I stay here. The hotel is very nice and a very short walk to the Gaylord (two minutes, right across the street). The rooms are very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. A... The hotel is convienently located to where our conference was taking place. The rooms were clean and the service was great. Bed and pillows were clean and soft. The staff is friendly and made you feel comfortable and treated you with respect, professionalism and with a smile. Unlike large hotels where it takes time to get to and fro, the... More

The staff during check-in and check-out were extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast is somewhat limiting for healthy eaters. The bedroom that I had was just ok - the comforter was all lumpy, the bed was a little hard and the carpet looked dingy. Ok for value though!

Stayed here for 5 days on a business trip. I was suppose to receive a package on a Saturday and the tracking number indicated that the package was delivered. The Front Desk was not able to locate my package. I checked with the morning shift and night shift. I checked out on Sunday and called again that evening after my... More
