A charming resort that takes care of everything. We only had time for a 3 night stay, but we enjoyed every second of it. The food was excellent, the staff great and it was just great. The only anoying thing is the beach boys trying to sell you everything. We hope to get back some day!

Just returned from a 7 day stay here. If you have ever stayed at a 5 star resort you know this is an overpriced 3 star place. Everything was just basic. The beds were rock hard with a thin cover over them and the mosquito nets were filthy. Huge downside was the bathroom did not gave a proper door- it... More

I recently vacationed there and this was the best quiet holiday i had in a long time. The service was excellent. The entertainment was amazing though the Maasai dancers have to get their facts right and give the tourists factual information.I noticed the different facts because I am Maasai!!! Anyway, would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet holiday as... More

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly - especially Juma in the pool bar area! Food was good for the Buffet style that was on offer, but the Pizza restaurant was brilliant - phenomenal food and brilliant service! well worth a visit. The rooms are nice but not amazing - the lack of "Door" between the toilet and... More

We only had 3 nights here as a treat and it completely exceeded our expectations! Everything was great but some of the particular highlights for us were: 1. The staff. In particular there was a pasta chef called Bayu(not sure on the spelling) who was really good fun to chat to but really the whole staff were very welcoming and... More

We came to this hotel with a lots of expectations. In trip advisor they were a lot of positive reviews that made us decide to stay at this property. When we booked this property, the travel agent told us and we saw it in many reviews that it is a five-star property. After staying there I would say it is... More

To end a safari and crash out here is wonderful I spent five nights here with my wife, transfer time from the airport is one hour. Split up over several acres of gardens and large palm trees this hotel ticks most of the boxes,it has grassed areas leading to the beach, two swimming pools with bars open from 10am. There are also... Neptune Pwani resort has everything you could wish for and more. From the moment we arrived we knew that we were in Zanzibar, with the beautiful Zanzibarian feel and traditional décor. The beautifully clean and refreshing face towels on arrival were a lovely touch and most welcome. This resort is amazing, from the pool to the beach, the rooms to... More

We have just returned after staying 8 nights at Neptune Pwani Beach post Safari. We had a choice of hotels but decided to choose Neptune through reviews on here and the look of the place. Our choice was the correct one. First and foremost the staff are fantastic. The waiters and bar guys are always happy and try very hard... More
