I have been to Neptune 4 times in two years and I just keep going back for each holiday. I love their sea facing rooms especially those near the dinner and pool area and kids play area. Early morning beach walks as the tides comes in (depends on which month of year you are there) always memorable as well. Beautiful... More

Arrived in zanzibar from our safari in kenya. From the moment we landed at zanzibar until we left we were do well looked after by everybody we met. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and felt our bed was bigger than king size. The shower was powerful and the water hot. The grounds and beach were very clean.... More

The whole resort is spotless. Constant cleaning and mopping around the bars and toilets. The beach is kept in good order, the (huge) pools are clean and the tropical landscape gardens are beautiful. We had a very large room not far from the beach. For some rooms you´ll have to walk a little bit further and take the stairs, because... More

A charming resort that takes care of everything. We only had time for a 3 night stay, but we enjoyed every second of it. The food was excellent, the staff great and it was just great. The only anoying thing is the beach boys trying to sell you everything. We hope to get back some day!

Just returned from a 7 day stay here. If you have ever stayed at a 5 star resort you know this is an overpriced 3 star place. Everything was just basic. The beds were rock hard with a thin cover over them and the mosquito nets were filthy. Huge downside was the bathroom did not gave a proper door- it... More

I recently vacationed there and this was the best quiet holiday i had in a long time. The service was excellent. The entertainment was amazing though the Maasai dancers have to get their facts right and give the tourists factual information.I noticed the different facts because I am Maasai!!! Anyway, would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet holiday as... More

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly - especially Juma in the pool bar area! Food was good for the Buffet style that was on offer, but the Pizza restaurant was brilliant - phenomenal food and brilliant service! well worth a visit. The rooms are nice but not amazing - the lack of "Door" between the toilet and... More

We only had 3 nights here as a treat and it completely exceeded our expectations! Everything was great but some of the particular highlights for us were: 1. The staff. In particular there was a pasta chef called Bayu(not sure on the spelling) who was really good fun to chat to but really the whole staff were very welcoming and... More
