Bettona is situated on a little hill and the hotel is right on the top. The scenery is lovely, the rooms are rustic Italian, large and clean. it does have a small pool. If in summer, I suggest having the meals on the terrace. There a lovely view there. The breakfast was o.k. More

The hotel is nice but average. Breakfast was normal italian fare which i normally love but I found their food to be a bit below par - the pastries were a bit stale - by the time i arrived for breakfast each morning it was all that was left as they seem to have a limited amount of food. I... More

Bettona is a little medieval town perfectly restored and full of history, a fine painting museum, preciuos buildings and fabulous landscapes (the town it's built on a rock topping a 360° valley). The Relais La Corte di Bettona is a full four-star little gem, right in the middle of the historic center and deserves a visit for the total silence,... More

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. It is located in a very quaint and pretty small town, Bettona. The hotel reminded me of a Best Western. It was clean, but very plain. Our room was clean but we had a problem controlling the heat and it got so hot we had to sleep with the window open.... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night during our honeymoon road trip through Europe. We stayed at over 20 hotels on our honeymoon and this hotel was one of our favorites. It was rural, intimate and located in a peaceful and rustic location. We stayed half board for a fantastic price. The evening meal alone was worth the money... More

La Corte di Bettona is a medieval walled village on top of a hill, so the views are stunning. The hotel has basic rooms and the restaurant is very good as you would expect in Italy (i.e. very good). If you have a car, I'd drop off your luggage at the hotel and then park it outside the town walls... More

I have spent 5 night for business in the hotel, and this is probably the 4th time, or so, I use it. The location is fantastic, with wonderful views of the Umbria's valley with Gubbio on the other side. The hotel uses two separate buildings in the core of the old village, probably hundreds of years old but restored very... More

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, always helpful and willing to spend time advising on other places to visit in Umbria. The quality of the food in the restaurant is first rate, though a little on the pricey side. The bedrooms vary in size. We paid the basic rate, and though the room was quite small,... More

We had the best room in the house, but the king bed had sheets that did not fit.......a twin blanket overlapped on a queen. The bed was like a rock and furniture was old type IKEA at best, the rooms were dark and depressing..............service was awful.......avoid this place at all costs..........I can only say it was A DUMP. By the... More

The Relais is a wonderful gem in the heart of Umbria. It is located in a Etruscan Village and you are surrounded by art and history and nature. The view is stunning and the rooms are very charming. The food is excellent! I strongly recommend this hotel. It is a wonderful well kept secret... More
