On June 25, 2016, we had the misfortune of getting stuck with this hotel at the last minute. BIG mistake. Room number 301, first of all the keys NEVER worked, the sheets had been previously used, the towels were tri-colored with dirt and the hair dryer literally shot flames instead of air. But most importantly, and we noticed too late, the tub was not skid proof nor did it have a bath mat. I fell out of the shower and landed squarely on my spine on the toilet. My wife heard the thud and felt certain we would have to go to the ER instead of the wedding. Probably should have, but I guess I got lucky. The proprietor would not allow us to file a report. To say he was uncooperative would be an understatement. His wife however, was a nice but overworked woman. Fair is fair. This is a brief description of our horror story. Buyer beware.

Thought this was a newer property but definitely was not. Room was musty smelling and comforter also. Chewing gum on headboard we we checked in smoke burns on blanket, sink falling off wall, smoke detector in dresser drawer, internet did not work, TV older than old. next time I would be much more alert when looking at a room. Definitely needs alot of updates.

Booked this motel, then saw all the negative reviews on this motel I was very concerned but when I finally got there I realized that wasn't the case at all. First of all the owner was a nice guy, second the room was very up to standard and clean and third this motel is at a very good location on a boulevard just outside Atlantic city where you got all amenities close to it and finally the price was right. Some people complain because the breakfast was just coffee and bagel don't forget this is not the Bellagio .Even the Taj Mahal don't offer you complimentary breakfast.

I planned a one night trip for my family in Atlantic City for end of school year/Father's day trip. We only needed a place to sleep after coming from the beach. I booked this hotel online and figured only $69, what the hell!! BIG MISTAKE!! First, the guy charges me one dollar extra because I had two smaller children not on the itinerary, no problem. The whole building smelled of old curry and cigarettes. The man was a tad bit rude but I figured once I we got upstairs to our room, we would be okay. Bigger mistake.. The room was excruciatingly hot, the air conditioner didn't work, the refrigerator leaked water on the floor, the beds and bedding was dirty, and a PAIR OF MEN'S DIRTY UNDERWEAR SUCH UNDER THE SINK! Found those babies looking for toilet paper. Completely disgusted and disgusting. My fiance, our four children and I suffered all night. When we tried to check out, no one came to the front desk and I was afraid to leave my key. I think I would have had better luck at Bates Motel. I couldn't wait to write this review. MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HELLHOLE EVER AGAIN!!

THIS PLACE SHOULD SERIOUSLY BE SHUT DOWN!! We booked 2 rooms for our family of 7 that were a joint. First thing we noticed upon walking into the lobby was that it reeked of cigarette smoke, it got worse in the elevator and even worse in the hallway and rooms. (Sometimes when we came out of our rooms it smelled like weed.) It was suffocatingly hot in the hallway and our rooms. We turned the air conditioners on but they didn't work well. The linens were dirty and some had cigarette burns on them. Some of the towels were dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the soap was used. The curtins were filthy. Part of the ceiling was actually falling down in the one room and there was what looked like black mold on the ceiling in the other room. The refrigerator in the one room didn't even work. In the one room the mattresses were on the floor because there were no bed frames. The "Continental Breakfast" was a pot of coffee and 3 packaged danishes. So we never were able to eat breakfast there. The worst thing happened the third night we stayed. We came back to our rooms to find both carbon monoxide alarms in both rooms going off at the same time. The alarms themselves actually talked saying Carbon Monoxide detected. We all left the rooms immediately and went downstairs to tell the Manager/Owner. He tried to tell us it just needed new batteries and that it happens all the time. Which makes no sense because both alarms were going off at the exact same time and saying Carbon Monoxide detected. My husband went back up to the room with him and the guy took the Alarm down and turned around so my husband couldn't see what he was doing then he took the batteries out and put them back in the wrong way and put it back up. Then went to the other room to do the same and that's when my husband checked what he did to the alarm and saw what he did. My husband called him on it so then he brought one of the alarms downstairs to change the batteries and he put used batteries in it and the Alarm itself said Low Battery. So then we realized he was clearly lying. So we went back up to the room pack up all our stuff and checked out. We asked for our money back and he refused. This was by far THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED IN!!!!!!!

We booked two rooms for our family. The manager was rude as soon as we walked in. Do not clean rooms and when we asked for towels and wash cloths he argued that he don't do that. Please everyone if you want to have a nice time at Atlantic City DO NOT COME HERE!!

Booked for long weekend. • No cleaning • No manners to talk (RUDE) • Rooms smells nasty. • Bathroom ventilation fan noise is like hard jazz music. • Breakfast? ha ha ha • WiFi Connects only in reception area. • Can't complain for anything as no one available in service. *HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

My family and I stayed there on 2/14/15. We entered the room and it seemed clean. To my surprise, the bathroom was nasty. There was a wash rag with feces on it and spots of blood on the door. There was lipstick all over the mirror and little bugs crawling from the pillow. Do not visit this motel. This place should be shut down. I stayed in room 214. Yikes!!

I had the opportunity of putting my friends and family at this motel for a weekend. The lobby smelled and the front desk manager was rude to the guest that arrived. The rooms weren't the cleanest and the room keys did not work when the guest arrived that evening. When the front desk was contacted about the non working keys he seemed annoyed that he was being bothered. They police were called that night over a fight in another room and my guest didn't feel safe at all. We will never stay there again. Good Luck!
