We had a large family reunion at the hotel. The hotel is historic and very scenic. There were some problems. We found that the dining room was often understaffed causing large waits and the help looked like they were overburdened. It was also very cold in the dining room and lobby. The air conditioner was on very high and when... More

I booked this hotel for my daughter and new husband for July2. I informed the staff that this was their wedding night, but not so much as a note of congratulations. They were also entitled to a free breakfast as well as extended check-out time(2:00PM). They were told at about 10:00 that neither was possible. It was a very sad experience... More

We stayed at the Seaview around the 4th of July weekend and really enjoyed the experience. The rooms were lovely, the pool was great, the running trails along the golf course were a wonderful way to get some exercise, the staff was terrific and the weather was ideal. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. We... More

I'm not sure where some of the recent reviewers stayed, but the reviews don't resemble the hotel I just visited. My children and I stayed for 2 days. The hotel property is like an oasis in a rather plain area of town. It is close to Atlantic City, but away from all of the noise and crowds. We arrived and... More

Pulling up to the resort, my husband and I were in awe. The exterior of the resort was beautiful. We were there for a wedding that was being held there and received the group rate. The room we stayed in wasn't worth the discounted group rate. It was bland, boring and not very clean. The bathroom could have had some... More

Don't be fooled by the exerior...u must first check out the interior. My fiance' and I had initially made a reservation for 5 days...needless to say we left early. The first day we walked into a very very small room with a queen sized bed. We paid for a deluxe room which was supposed to include a king bed. The... More

We found a deal on the web, travel site, for a Sunday-Thur value. (not sure which one; maybe Expedia or Hotwire) The hotel is extremely nice and kept. Very nice rooms. I don't really golf but the golf course looked great. Outside pool was quiet and relaxing - with beverage service. My wife heard that the resort was recently sold... More

Went with hubby and two kids (7 and 3) and had an executive suite (king bed, pull out couch). Room was big enough for the four of us and a week's worth of luggage and beach gear. Outdoor pool was really nice - think they just reopened it. The room did not have any information guide (according to front desk,... More

My boyfriend, friends, and I just stayed at Seaview for two nights over the July 4th weekend for a wedding nearby. The hotel was immensely charming, and I loved the old-world and historic feel to the hotel. However, the Front Desk was a bit disorganized upon our arrival (the poor girl could not for the life of her follow our... More

I booked the Seaview last minute for a long weekend with my husband and two small children. The hotel looks very nice upon first glance but when we started to look closer, we were not happy with what we saw. The hallway going to our room smelled like wet cat. When we got into our room, everything looked old and... More
