Clean convenient campsite for Calais crossings. Good swimming pools, friendly staff and clean big pitches. Only downside was cashless cards to use in site shop which was a hassle for overnight stops but safer if longer stay.

We had a great 5 days here with our extended family that included 6 grandchildren aged 20 months to 6 years old. We all had lots of fun and tried out pretty much all the facilities. The covered pools have been a great investment for the site because they are available in all weathers. There's plenty of space for organised... More

This was our first time camping with our pre-schooler and we all enjoyed it immensely. Only on our return did we look at the trip advisor reviews and I wouldn't necessarily agree with the less favourable ones. We booked a Premium pitch which was roomy and included a large shed containing the fridge, bbq and garden furniture. We ate at... More

We stayed here on our first European camping trip. We had done British sites but this was the first abroad. What can I say. The site was good not to large. The pool complex was excellent the kids loved this, although the outdoor pool was a little cold. The site was well maintained, the shower blocks were clean and showers... More

We stayed here only this month and had a very enjoyable time. The site is about 1.5 hours drive away from Calais, and it about 3 miles away from the coast in St Valery. Whilst St Valery is very quaint, it does not have a regular beach with sand as it is situated at the end of an estuary. The... More

I agree the site is nice, facilities are good but both myself and daughter where horrified by large groups (we think from Germany or Netherlands) drunk and noisy, they would get plastered by the pool during the day, letting small small children in their party loose alone in the pool! arrogant and in a drunken stupour - completley plastered! they... The site has real ups and downs .The positives are the lovely swimming pools which kept the kids engaged for hours of the day. The restaurant was also pretty good - three adults and three children ate fit to bust for 100 euros including beers. The location is OK - St Valerie a sweet little town though parking there a... Really nicely kept site. The restaurant was very good too. The only downside is the card system of payment. You can't use cash. You either have to use your own debit or credit card which usually means your UK bank charges you each time you make a transaction or you load money onto their card. At the end of your... More

Stayed here at short notice last night. We were offered a choice of pitches and all seemed good size. We often use Castels sites as facilities are good and this site had as expected good facilities. Restaurant took food orders until 9pm. Two course menu was about €18 and my steak was delicious and cooked exactly as requested (blue). Most... More

We stayed at Domaine de Drancourt with Eurocamp in June 2014 and had a fantastic stay! We travelled from Zeebrugge ferry terminal to the campsite and on first impressions we were impressed. The location is very quiet and peaceful and the grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. Eurocamp couriers were polite, helpful and welcoming. The mobile home was clean... More
