Went to Beltsy last March. What to say? Dunno about other hotels, but Tineretea is a good one if there are no others. Regular standard rooms, good hotel for a football team, or a bachelor's trip. Food was good - big plus. Drinks are not expensive, for 100 lei (about 7 €) you can almost have it all... If you are into budget travel - this is not that bad of a plan at all! 30 € a standard single (simple) room. There is also a swimming pool. The only thing that was rather annoying - Metro store in front of the hotel with a couple of churches... Other than that, reminds me of Riga (the hotel type).
