Stayed only for one night, but overall, the place is very clean, and the staff is most-accommodating. Multi-lingual reception. The room was adequately comfortable. I used the iron and ironing board. The in-room blow dryer only worked on high, which was screaming loud. Lots of toiletries, and towels provided. The room also had a small refrig, which we did not... More

There are limited options in Celaya and Casa Inn was a good choice for our one night stay last Saturday while we were in town for a wedding. Exceptionally good desk clerk (Victor) who literally gave me better directions to the wedding than Google Maps Street View could do. Fast and efficient check in, decent room, but air conditioner never... More

I travel to Celaya several times per year for work. This hotel is our standard corporate location, and although not entirely up to a US standard of stay, it does meet the basic needs nicely and without much inconvenience. There are no major US-based chains in Celaya (Casa Inn and the somewhat nearby Fiesta Inn are Mexican hotel chains). The... More

Modern hotel with simple but clean and quiet rooms. Friendly and English speaking reception desk staff. Convenient and guarded parking lot right in front of the hotel. Internet connection was not working too well.

Service is the best for this hotel. Most of the staffs can not speak English but they are trying. Breakfast is ok not the greatest! Small gym and pool but no one's there. Maid service is good, the bed is hard but I do like hard bed so its perfect for me.

Thanks again for Trip Advisor. We wanted to attend a performance at Celaya's Auditorio Francis Eduardo Tresguerras, Trip Advisor gave very good reviews of Casa Inn Business Celaya as #2 rated, and was a very short walk to the Auditorio. We were rewarded. The hotel was well run, with welcomes immediately upon arrival. The hotel is working hard to being... More

Service was top notch except for non speaking English personal. But I guess am in their country and I should learn it. Maid service is great, morning breakfast ran about 150.00 pesos. Not the typical American breakfast but very good. Coffee out of this world. Other then take just a typical hotel in my book or the Best Celaya can... More

I travel to Celaya at least four times a year and always enjoy my stay at the Celaya Inn. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. There is always someone on staff who speaks English. The rooms are updated and clean. They have an on-site restaurant that offers room service. They are located very close... More

Arrived at the hotel today and had made reservations for a king size bed so that there would be plenty of room to set up my office/work area. The bellman took me to a room with two queen sizes beds. After a brief discussion, he came Back with the room card to the JR suite with a view, sofa couch,... More

Celaya is a great little town close to most places all tourist should visit while in the area. Queretaro, Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, to mention the most beautiful. Their restaurant has great food and a cozy place just to hang around. Bran new, beautifully designed. Best place for our Mexican trip
