Viva Lofoten is one of those places you'd love to keep secret. But that would not be fair to the rest of the world. We, a family with teenage kids, enjoyed "gjestehuset" for two days, and we really didn't want to leave at all. We loved everything about it! The house is generous in all ways - space, decoration, equipment,... More

We visited in late May and rented the guest house. It is perfect, I can't think of a thing missing in the guest house, even thermos bottles to keep drinks warm on the go, candles for a nice evening at "home" or a water cooker was there!!! And then there was Vibeke who tried her very best to make us... More

Vibeka was a wonderful host- nothing too much trouble, This is an isolated beautiful spot from which you can borrow bikes, paint, read or sightsee. We started out in a room in her house and when the guesthouse became available, she was happy to move us across . From the guesthouse there is a magnificent view of the midnight sun... More
